Judging by our stay and other reviews this is an old hotel with a fantastic location and rooms that vary in layout and quality. My wife and I stayed for just 1 night pre cruise and although our room was small and dark it was very clean and quiet. The selling point for us was we got dropped off close to the hotel by the Greyhound bus from Vancouver Island and then had such a short walk to the cruise terminal the next day. With the savings on transfers we felt the hotel prices were good value. Had a very good dinner at Scoozi in the next street. Service at the hotel was friendly and helpful. This review is positive based on our allocated room, length of stay and experience. I would suggest being very clear about room requirements when booking.
