Deli had many items for breakfast and lunch. I had the fruited oatmeal which was enough for 2 people and my husband had an omelet which came out nice. Nice seating area with windows looking out onto the street. The grocery was a jumble so it was time consuming to shop.

Just popped out for a quick bite and found this Urban Fare, centrally located on Bute Street one block from the float plane terminal. They're message is "food is our passion" and it was certainly true here today. A great range on offer at the deli for lunch, I had the excellent chicken pot pie. The staff are friendly and the value is great. Attached to the deli a really high quality supermarket, offering a wide range of produce. If you like a good deli give this a try.

The Urban fair has four locations in Vancouver, Yale Town, Coal Harbour, Shangri-la and False Creek. We ate at the Shangri-la on Albernie street.

The Urban Fare is a high end grocery store with a restaurant. Very nice and casual restaurant. You see people of all walks of life.

The breakfast we had (eggs benny) was average but a nice ambiance. We had our daughter, son-inlaw and grand daughter with us. They even have high chairs for the little one.

We bought some groceries here and our regular morning coffees and hot chocolates. What a gorgeous grocery store. Lovely clean displays. The smallgoods looked amazing and fresh and tasty. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel cosy.

I had the beef and gravy dip from the restaurant section of this high-end grocery store. It was really good and it's a fun thing to do - eat in a delicatessen, rather than a formal restaurant
