After a couple of weeks exploring Vancouver, we're convinced that this was the best place to stay, location-wise. Perfect - right near Stanley Park so easy to do lovely walks straight from the apartment, on easy bus-routes if you want to go Downtown or further afield, very close to the beach and to areas with bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, very well-equipped and certainly possible to go entirely self-catering if you want to - all kitchen stuff you'd need is there, including an enormous fridge/freezer. Comfy sofa, bed, etc - all really good. We were very happy. The gym is round the corner, about a 10 minute walk, and it's fine - all the equipment you'd expect. The only criticism is that it's quite noisy outside as it's on the main road BUT that's because we had the windows open rather than air con. I'd advise asking for a quiet room on the back, or simply taking ear plugs (which we did, and that worked out fine). The rooftop bit is fab - very nicely done with plants, seating, BBQ. Lovely. Overall, would definitely recommend for location and comfort.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet/back room if you think you'll have the windows open.

Perfectly positioned for restaurants, supermarket and a stones throw from Stanley park. The room we had was spacious and well equipped but lacked a safe. Staff were verse helpful and all in all a great stay. Having read previous reviews we were prepared for the street noise (it is a city after all) and the air conditioning which is a little dated and noisy but functioned ok. Would definitely recommend Times Square Appts.

Our family of four stayed in this apartment-look-a-like hotel for three nights before going on a northbound Alaska cruise. We made a very late check-in after a more than 11 hour trip from Puerto Rico. Forgot the name of the kind lady that opened up and escorted us to our room. She quickly showed all the amenities of the room which included a mini kitchen and washing/drying machine. Everything was clean and comfy. At the penthouse there's a small terrace with two BBQ's where you can prepare your own if you wish. We met there with our other parties and ordered a pizza and some wine. Great atmosphere. The hotel is very close to Stanley Park (a must see in Vancouver) literally walking distance. Across the street (Denman and Robson) there's a Safeway where we bought some groceries for each breakfast of our stay. At the office employees were very helpful suggesting places to eat, also on the check out day holding our luggage and calling our taxis. I would stay again in this hotel and truly recommend it.

This hotel is excellent if you are traveling with children. The full kitchen and washer/dryer came in handy while on our trip. Stanley park is literally 5 minutes away from this fine establishment, with bike rentals next door. There is also a grocery store right across the street. I had a conference and opted to walk up Cardero St. to meet up with the seawall to the conference center (about a 20 minute walk). It was lovely and the weather was perfect. Buses are also available if walking is not your thing. I highly recommend staying at Times Square Suites while in Vancouver.

Room Tip: One bedroom & den rooms face the back of the building and are very quiet

This is the third year of holidays that we have stayed at this fabulous establishment, and we
will always choose this as our Vancouver home away from home. The service is absolutely]]
first class, the cleanliness is superb, the apartments are comfortable and exceptionally well
equipped. The location makes for easy access to shopping (with Safeway just across the
street), and numerous shops and restaurants of all persuasions all around, and that great
Stanley Park a short distance away, where relaxation is the keyword. If anyone looks for
a home away from home in Vancouver, this is the place to come. We also found that the
best way to find the best possible rate is to contact Time Square Suits directly, instead of
booking online agencies.
