We got here late for the opening game, but no one sat in our seats behind home plate, and everyone seemed so friendly and casual. People were just having a good time; I moved out to the third base area, and kids were talking to the players who were just arms length away practicing, pitching, and jiving with fans. I've never seen fireworks get set off in the outfield before, and the crowd just sang along with the 90's new wave music. A lot of old fashioned fun. It was shame the Canadians lost.

One of if not the best bang for your buck events in Vancouver in the summer.
Always have promotional games from hall of fame meet and greets to free trucker hats to firework nights.
Sure food and beverages aren't cheap but name a sporting event where they are.
Tickets are cheap and easy for a family to afford not like a Canucks game.
Small intimate field. And with all the on field entertainment from the game to the grounds crew dances to the sushi races. Defiantly a staple for any summer night would 100% recommend to anyone from friends, couples to families.
Go C's!!!

I LOVE THIS PARK. It takes you back to a simpler time. You are in a magnificent park setting, the birds are divebombing the fields, foot long hotdogs, beer or lemonade, what's NOT to like. There are 7:05 pm games and Wednesday nooners. Sunday at 1:00pm suntanning weather.Oh the best are the field hands that do a little dance routine as the rake the field at half time.
If the team is doing well, it's hard to get tickets.Fun for the whole family.

This intimate baseball stadium is well positioned south of Queen Elizabeth Park. Sit on the east side if you love the sun. Sit on the north side if you want shade.

One of the nicest ball parks in North America. The organization is first class and the service and experience is wonderful. For a day out at the park, don't miss it. It is only 'A' ball but you won't care, your family and friends will love it.
