The Auld Dublin Bed & Breakfast is a really nice accommodation not far away from everything that is of interest in Vancouver. It is a 2 minute walk to the next bus stop from which you can go straight to downtown. It is also just a little longer walk away from Granville Island with its market and restaurants. The room and the washroom were clean and it felt really homey. By far the best about this B&B, however, is the owner. Helen is a very friendly, welcoming and funny person. She provides you with a lot of tips where to go in Vancouver in general, as well as where to go for lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the morning was a real breakfast and not only an appetizer like in a lot of other B&Bs. Despite the hospitality, Helen was never importunate which made it a very very nice stay. This is definitely a place to go back to!
