I have reviewed Bacchus before, but I just love this place. Whenever we're in Vancouver we make a point of dining here. We always go for a table by the window in the lounge. This particular evening the windows were open and the flowers in the window boxes were just lovely. We had the Chicken Liver and Cognac Parfait and the Haida Gwaii Halibut - all delicious and cooked to perfection. Nice wine choices and exemplary service with the Piano playing to create a great atmosphere. How soon can we be back?
