Went here with my wife and her mum, and 3 kids aged 5,3 and 1. Accommodated without any issues, and looked after very well by our very helpful waiter.
Meals were good value and generous portions, range $10-20, but all came with soup, dessert and coffee as part of the price.
Left after having enjoyed a really nice afternoon, will definitely come again.

I have now visited this restaurant three times in 21 years, the first as a poor backpacker and most recently as a holidayer that can afford to pay a bit more for meals. You know what you are getting from an Old Spaghetti Factory, and on a 16 night holiday when you are eating out an awful lot, this was a relaxed and good value experience.

We walked in 10 minutes before our reservation, so I told the girl at the front. Even though she wasn't serving us, she gave me and my family a smile. There was a scale there, so you could weigh yourself while your waiting. We sat down in a nice, calming atmosphere, and our waiter gave us our menus. He welcomed us and flashed us a smile. We ordered and got all our dishes in about 5-10 minutes. The garlic bread had a lot of flavour and was crunchy. The spaghetti was really good tasting and the noodles were the right consistency. The only downside is that there's only one washroom and our table was pretty far away from it. This was a dinner to remember.

Stopped in here for dinner during a recent trip to Vancouver before a cruise. Very close to the cruise ship terminal. Food was excellent and it even included a salad and ice cream. Bread and garlic butter were delicious. Worth the stop.

We were in a bit of a rush to get to the Taylor Swift concert that supposedly started at 6:30 and they said there was up to a 30 minute wait. Stay or go....they promised once we were in that it would only take 40 minutes. True to their word and the best waiter, thanks Tyler, ever! He was so attentive and great with the kids and the adults. :-) Everything came fast,on time, and hot. Thanks Tyler!

The price is fantastic when you have to take a whole family out!
