“Mouth watering melt in your mouth deliciousness.”
Reviewed 27 May 2014 via mobile

Went to Rodney's last weekend when a girlfriend and I decided to fly out west to meet one of our besties and o-m-g amazing. We didn't quite understand the different types of oysters and the waiter we had was very knowledgable and suggested we try an assortment. Needless to say we ended up ordering another round. We also had the smoked salmon which was rather average from the cold menu. From the hot menu we indulged in the scallop galette and the oysters rockerfellah. Definitely will go back again.

“WHAT I LOOK FOR”
Reviewed 25 May 2014 via mobile

Rodney's is a great combination of good food, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive service and energetic vibe.

I usually don't go out of my way for raw oysters, but enjoy trying them here.

I went out for an evening with my daughter and friend and had a nice time. The overall feel is entertaining and special.

I returned a few nights later, solo, and received the same good service sitting at the bar, trying more oysters.

“Great Oysters, Great People, Great Place”
Reviewed 24 May 2014 via mobile

Had a very delicious oyster tasting at the bar. Ask the friendly barman to assemble a plate of different oysters for you. It's great! And the crowdy but charming atmosphere makes you imagine the ocean is just outside the window.

“Great back place in Vancouver!”
Reviewed 23 May 2014

If you are visiting Vancouver and love Oysters and great atmosphere, make sure you go to Rodneys!!

Oysters shucked in front of you, Great atmosphere in a Rustic Bar Restaurant. We were surprised that the place was packed to the rafters by 630pm, so if you are planning dinner around 7 anyday of the week I suggest you book!

We rocked up for beer and Oysters. We had such a great time we decided to stay for dinner!

Highley recommended!! Reasonable prices, Great staff and atmosphere!

“Yaletown Gem”
Reviewed 21 May 2014

We stopped in as they were serving their Low Tide Menu one afternoon, and it was so enjoyable. Steamed cherrystone clams, fresh and briny oysters shucked right behind the bar and fantastic crisp potato encrusted scallops. We polished those off while enjoying several glasses of crisp and delicious BC wines suggested by our bartender. A very lively and fun staff of servers in this really good neighborhood establishment.
