I just stayed for the past two nights at the Inn at Laurel Point. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I had a partial view of the water. Aside from a noisy heating unit in the room, and no refrigerator, I felt that the room was quite good.
I was at a meeting, and the catering we received was second to none.
The restaurant is fine, if a bit pricey.
Just a short walk from the hotel, in another (Coast) hotel, is a restaurant called "The Blue Crab", which is very good.
Taking walks from the hotel is quite rewarding, no matter which direction you walk.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: You can ask for a room with a full water view

We stayed for a week and received a weekly rate with free parking due to the weekly stay. This is a quiet, comfortable hotel and we slept amazingly well. Each morning we woke up to a fabulous view of the harbour. There are lovely walking trails right outside the front door, to downtown one direction, and to Fisherman's Wharf the other direction. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Next time I would stay in the cozy Sunshine room if available, of which there are only three. The Erickson wing has large rooms and magnificent views. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, and it is also pet-friendly.

Room Tip: Sunshine rooms have a large balcony, are sunny with lovely views, as well as cozy in their decor. The rooms in the Erickson Wing are very large with huge windows and huge bathrooms if you like lots of space. If you like cozy and less expensive, stick to the older Laurel wing. There are small refrigerators in the rooms, but no kitchenettes.

Great hotel, nice and quiet as not right down town but close enough to walk. Valet parking was worth the added parking cost. Great views and nice walking trails. Lots of guests has dogs so must be pet friendly which is nice. Very quiet andd comfortable rooms. I highly recommend stay here and the staff are super friendly and accommodating which can be had to find at other places

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Large room, great views - we could watch float planes all day long! Our room was modern and clean with a nice big bathroom. There was no noise from other rooms. We had breakfast in the hotel one day and it was great. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints from me.

Room Tip: Erickson Wing is nice.

We stayed with our 6-year-old for just one night to attend a work-related function in Victoria. Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Terrific staff. My son commented that we could have a dance floor in the bathroom (which we did)! The views, the staff...all were wonderful. They even gave us a scavenger hunt to do, which invited us to explore the hotel and take notice of things we otherwise might have missed...like the sculptures and the Live Inn Room. We upgraded to the Erickson Wing and it was well worth it. Can't wait to find a reason to go back!
