We had an amazing stay with Parkside Victoria- we stayed for 2 nights and we had the luxury suite. It had all we were looking for- from spacious bedroom to heated floors. It had flatscreen tv, fireplace, complete cooking utensils and appliances. Very high-end and very good quality suite. Plus, Parkside is situated by Downtown and by the Harbour- all walking distance. I personally love how they are into the eco-friendly and going green! That was a bonus! Parkside have keypass just for you level (eg. if your room is at level 2 , you can only access your level) and we find that a great security feature.

Staff was friendly, welcoming and inviting. And if you need anything or any requests they take care of you- priority on their list. They also have a onsite- theatre, complimentary internet, inviting pool, fitness centre and spa. Overall, we had an excellent stay wished we stayed longer though. I recommend Parkside Victoria Resort and Spa. First stay.. we are now happy, loyal guests!

Room Tip: I suggest the luxury suite!

Would highly recommend a short or extended stay at Parkside in Victoria. This resort offered incredible value without any substandard service or quality.
Building and the 'green' environmentally friendly construction was impressive. The suites and very good quality, high end finishes, good space and great appliances.
I will stay again without any hesitation.

Room Tip: We had a 1 bedroom suite and upgraded to the 1 brm suite with a den, it had 2 fireplaces, 3 flat scr...

I stayed at this wonderful property with my daughter who goes to school at Univ of Victoria while visiting her and helping her move from residence to her own apartment. The 2 bedroom unit was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We had everything we needed and more. I ended up getting sick and was in bed for a few days - couldn't have picked a better place to be while sick! Would go back in a flash. Loved being able to drive car through underground and take elevator right up to our room.

This is a beautifully appointed property that is not really a hotel. The beautiful suites are rented as condo with basic hotel service. My 1 bedroom unit was immaculate and very ample. I had a couple of issues which were handled immediately and did not impact my experience at this beautiful place. I liked to see the effor put to going green and the nice nature ambience in the lobby. The location, just a few blocks from the parliament and from many great restaurants was perfect. The service is nothing outstanding, basic and good. Those three employees I interacted with were friendly and service oriented. Try the Cafe Fantastico food at the lobby, absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Parkside for 5 nights the week between Chrismas and New Years. The Parkside is a top notch facility. We had a room on the 5th floor with a partial view of the beautiful Capital building. Everything about our stay was perfect! The room, or should I say condo, was fabulous. From the granite countertops to the heated tile floor in the bathroom, everything was first class. The pool and the gym are exceptional! We swam every morning and got a full workout in the gym. The location is great, minutes walking to the finest dining and sightseeeing in the inner harbor. If you are looking for a place to call "home" in Victoria this place is perfect. Oh, and the lobby is just about the coolest ever!!

We, a family of 7...all adults...stayed here in April. We had 2 suites, with full kitchen facilities, and loved it ! One suite was a 2 bedroom, and it had a full size range and and dinnerware for 4 or 6. The other suite was a studio, with only a hot plate.

The 2 bedroom was large, had a very large dining table even...a fireplace, and a view ! The suite was very clean, well kept up.

The bathroom in the Master bedroom was open to the bedroom...with a tub in it...also another fireplace...very large.

The hotel is very close to shopping and some great restaurants. We walked pretty much everywhere downtown.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is also a "Green" hotel...you can charge your car batteries here if you drive that sort. The lobby is very nice, with lots if plants and green space. Unfortunately, we never made it to the pool.

No complaints at all.
