We are enjoying a splendid time at the RV campground were staff are the best. They do everything to make your stay fun and comfortable.
The sites are very nice ,clean ,large ,flat and fully serviced. They have a great selection of ocean view. River views, pull through and come fully serviced with 50 amp and 30 amp . They have laundry , showers , washrooms and they are very clean and modern. The grounds are very well kept like a park like setting . There is a store/starbucks coffee onsite as well as a full service marina were you can bring your own boat and moor it or rent one of theres as well as kayaks to . The nature is stunning and there are plenty of trails to walk on . A very plesent place to relax in the quite surroundings. Were definatly comming back again.

The bay and dock being part of the campground makes this place extra special. Wake up in the morning and grab a boat for $15 per hour. What a stunning location, and a must stop! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This first class Rv Park and Marina is so close to Victoria. The sites are large and some even have water views. It has great walking tails in the vicinity being very close to the Goose. Matheson Lake is nearby as well as Weirs Beach, both walking destinations.

We pre booked this park before leaving the UK. We arrived just at nightfall on 24th August 2017 and the office was closed. We knew this would be the case and had been instructed to go to our pitch (site 44) and hook up, which we did. In the morning we saw that our site backed onto the creek that runs into Pedder Bay marina. Lovely spot. Sat watching great blue heron and seals whilst eating breakfast. Toilets in the block were very clean and well maintained. Showers require payment of C$1 for four minutes. They are clean and well maintained also. The office is a very short walk from the sites and is based within the marina, which is lovely. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. They also provide life vests for kids for free, which I thought was a great idea. You can watch the seals in the bay and watch them compete with the gulls for the titbits thrown in by the fishermen gutting the fish they have caught. There are excellent walks to take to Matheson Lake regional park which is about a 45 minute leisurely walk and the lake is really safe for swimming. Get there early if you want a good spot on the rocks to base yourselves. There are toilets too. Lots of turkey vultures and eagles to see. We only stayed one night on this occasion, but returned prebooked for 27th August for three nights. This time we were in site 68, which was cheaper than site 44 because of the proximity to the creek. Still a nice spot. The site also has laundry facilities which we didn't take advantage of on either visit. Unfortunately for us there was a burn ban in place throughout BC because of wildfires, but both sites have full hook up and fire pits together with a bench table. The site is very clean and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Park.

We stayed at Pedder Bay for 2 nights Sept. 12/13 on the recommendation of our neighbour. Pedder Bay has everything! Its location is really beautiful and interesting with lots of wildlife. The people on the front desk (mostly quite young) are amazingly helpful and friendly. The sites are very private and large. They are separated by lines of firs and our small motor home would have fit twice into our spot. Everything is set up very well and the showers/washrooms were almost clean enough to eat off the floor! There is also a coffee shop on site. It is, of course, a marina too, so fishing is a speciality if that is what you would like to do. Can't say enough good things about Pedder Bay. Wouldn't hesitate to pay a return visit.
