“Not much to do or see...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 May 2012

We went in mid May so the snow was melting but still quite a bit compared to Whistler Village. Coolest thing there was the ski jumps and the biathlon coarse where you could shoot 5 bullets for $10. It was a $10 entry fee per vehicle which I thought was a little steep since we stayed for only about 30 min. We were going to shoot but the wait was too long (30min or so). The best part of the whole experience was the drive out there because we saw 3 bears which was so cool! Also Alexander falls is on the way and was definitely worth a stop. All in all I was glad we stopped.

“Visit to Whistler”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 April 2012

The drive from Vancouver to Whistler is very beautiful and enjoyable. The Village is lively and ascent by cable car up to the highst mountain is spectacular. Even if you do not go skiing just to appreciate the contrast of white and green landscape of trees, it pays. In the ski stations, restaurants could be more refined.
We were four people and have had great day!

“Beautiful Drive”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2012

Our group drove to Whistler from Vancouver this morning and had a fine time. The drive itself was just gorgeous.....the mountains, water views and masses of flowers and budding trees were spectacular! We did a bit of shopping and had a good lunch at The Brew House, then had just as much fun driving back. Great day!

“Breath-taking views and miles of easy trails.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 March 2012

Quick, visit this place before the Olympic legacy expires. If you want fabulous exercise in a pristine environment, then cross country skiing is a great activity. It doesn't attract crowds though, so don't go looking for action. Service couldn't be more friendly. Lodge is gorgeous.
