Very large one bedroom suite. Fireplace and kitchen, small patio. We had a great time here. The hotel is right in the middle of whistler upper village. The Irish pub is right in the hotel which is sure to offer a fun time.

Room Tip: valley or mountain view is better than city view

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff are extremely courteous and professional. The small suite we had was really nice. It had a murphy bed, which was a surprise....and even more surprising was how comfortable it was! We had a view that couldn't be beat......overlooking Whistler Village and the mountains. Spectacular! The location of this hotel makes for easy walking about the village and it's just a very short walk to the Peak to Peak gondola ride. The gondola ride is amazing, a definite must! The desk staff recommended a restaurant called Sidecut ( in the Four Season's Hotel) for dinner, and it was one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend The Pan Pacific Mountainside at Whistler!

Stayed two nights with my husband as the first part of a two week Canada-Alaska vacation. We had a 1 bdrm suite. Rooms are on the small size but still have all the ammenities you need for a great stay! King sized bed, pull out couch, small kitchn, awesomely deep bathtub, 4 person table and a small patio.
Great location right at the base of the lifts for the bike park and gondola!
Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean! Enjoyed sitting in hot tub and watching the bikers come down hill. For never having been to Whistler this was an ideal location. Close to shops and restaurants and all the action. Bike shop in hotel extremely friendly! Would highly recommend for couples and even families with kids.

I stayed here with my family for a conference I was attending. I booked directly with the hotel using a "buy 2, get the 3rd night free" promo.

The check-in went quickly, and they kindly upgraded us from a studio to 1-bedroom, which is always a good way to start a stay. The front staff were very kind and extremely helpful, but maybe not as "refined" as one would expect from a Pan Pacific.

The 1-bedroom suite was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the living space is adequate, the kitchen table was a good size (and doubled as my work desk) and the kitchen had spotless appliances. However, some of the utensils and cookware looked a little worn. Each room had it's own LCD TV with HD feeds, which is nice. The bathroom was also as good as one would expect.

The workout room was basic but suitable as long as only a few people use it at a time.

The hotel is located right next to the Whistler gondolas, so a very convenient locations for skiers during the winter season, and bikers for the summer season. Whistler village is very small, so everything is within walking distance.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. It met my expectations for the brand, and although it didn't overwhelm, it certainly met my needs.

Wow, this was something else. We were given a Mountainside room, so it was fun watching all the mad cyclist's coming down the slopes! The room was 'FAB', we had a kitchinette, which was most useful. A huge bed, and TV in the bedroom. Everything was spotless, I could have stayed a week. This was a much smaller version of the place we had booked in Canmore, but far superior, in our opinion. Don't think we could afford it in high season!!!

We usually stay at the Chateau but decided to save a few bucks this time. However, overall the hotel is very tired, rooms have had a "semi-reno" but not that great. The bedroom was an extraorindary shape so that you had just a couple of feet between the wall and end of the bed on the one side. The hotel was almost empty but we were located in a room that overlooked the bus loop which did not make for a quiet or scenic night. I am sure this is a great hotel for skiers due to proximity to the slopes but off-season it is just looks off-colour and worn out.

Room Tip: Ask not to be over bus loop
