For a Westin property, it is missing the "Westin" vibe or luxury, it should probably be called a Sheraton.
Have stayed here a couple times, and always the same feeling, where is the Westin Lounge? Where is the SPG floor? Neither exist here. The room we had was a one bedroom suite, but it was about the size of a regular room at any North American hotel. The room itself was nice, clean, and had the signature Westin bed, which was very comfortable. The location is very good though, a minute walk to the Whistler Gondola, and easy access to the Village Walk. We wanted desert, so we ordered a chocolate cake from room service. I attached the pic, but it was horrible. It was the smaller than a pair of scissors, and was $11.00. Don't order cake at this Westin.

Room Tip: Don't worry about views, each direction has a good view.

We travel often and normally only stay in a Marriott property, but decided we would try something else while in Whistler. The check in desk was very busy and because our room was not ready the woman waiting on us shared that we could use the pool while we were waiting. We had a food credit from a promotion we purchased but was not aware that it was for both days we were staying and it would have been helpful if the woman would have shared that with us. It would have saved us the time we wasted trying to find some place that was open with decent food in the village. When we check in to our room we found it to be the wrong one and they quickly moved us to a new room, which was really nice. The room was smaller than other 1 bedroom suites we have stayed in, but it was clean and quiet. The best part of the hotel was definitely Tanner, who was working in the bar at the Aubergine Grill. So helpful with food choices for our little one and then offered to call us in our room when the food was ready so that we could come pick it up. We didn't want to eat in the restaurant with a cranky child! Tanner was excellent and hopefully is valued by the property. Overall, our experience was good and we would stay again.

I have only two small complaints about this lovely hotel. The little kitchen was hard to use and the cooker kept tripping the fuse but it was a lovely room with a nice view and extremely comfortable bed. We had been travelling for over a week and looked forward to eating in for one night but it was very difficult. In the end our dinner got cooked and we relaxed with a good film on the comfortable couch as we ate. Lovely.
The hotel is right in the heart of the village beside the gondola to Whistler and easy for lakeside walks or cycles too. We quickly got our bearings and made the most of the location.
The only other complaint (not really) is that we were charged over $30 a night to park in a near empty garage.Parking charges like this are probably more suited to winter time when garages are full but a bit much in the summer. The free wifi was great.
Overall, this hotel was perfect for our two nights in Whistler. We didn't have time to use most of the facilities but the restaurant area had a lovely outdoor sundeck that looked very inviting. The outdoor pool looked nice too but too small for swimmers (as with most hotel pools)

Stayed here in one bedroom for one night in July, the room and the living area was small. I was expecting larger room based on the reviews and the price.
They do have a nice work out area and pool, also the corridor inside the hotel is nice and the location.

Service was excellent. After they found out we were newly engaged they upgraded our room and gave us a personalized handwritten letter with complimentary fondue in our room. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. We went mountain biking and the hotel was very convenient being just a block behind the lifts. All the restaurants in the village were very close as well. We will definitely be back.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and stayed in one of the junior suites. This hotel offered everything we were looking for. Very well placed and well priced too.
The parking fee is quite expensive but we happily dropped off our luggage and parked in the free overnight parking lot.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable hotel located steps away from the Whistler ski lift.

Our suite was comfortable and well furnished.

The proximity to the ski-lift was a major plus.

My only major complaint was the venting in the kitchen. The venting was internal on the microwave and it wasn't adequate for cooking on the stove top. We ended up setting off our room fire alarm. Front desk called us immediately to make sure everything was ok, but after that our alarm continued to go off for an extremely long time before we called them again and they sent someone up to come disconnect it.

I would have expected to be able to cook in a suite.

Room Tip: Our east facing room faced the ski-lift. Not an exceptional view, but it was ok.
