“Breakfast of champions!”
Reviewed 15 October 2012

This is the best place to get breakfast in Whistler away from the busy village centre. Sit outside in the summer for views of the mountains. Food is fresh, tasty and filling. Selections for all from the health nut to those of us who don't care so much. :) Good size portions. Service is fast and pleasant. A good start for a day of skiing, mountain biking or whatever your plans are really. If you're leaving Vancouver to do the Duffy Lake run, stop here for food on the way out and you'll be set until you make it back into town.

“Always a Treat”
Reviewed 9 October 2012

We are in Whistler 4 - 5 times per year and always end up at WWPB for at least one meal - usually breakfast and the occasional dinner. We have yet to be dissapointed by the service or quality or quantity of food. We enjoyed dinner on Oct 5th after a round of Whistler golf and my wife and I shared the evening special fajitas for 2 ($20) and our teenaged son had the ultimate beef dip ($12), Again, great quality and quantity and great service. We are booked in for the November long weekend and we will certainly return to WWPB - eggs benny here we come. Arguably the best dining value in Whistler.

“Finding it hard to understand why it's so popular...”
Reviewed 9 October 2012

Wildwood bistro is, "where the locals go" and also highly recommended in the Whistler forum. Perhaps this restaurant was having an off day on our visit but we were pretty surprised with what we found.

First off the restaurant is super busy and the menu items sound delicious (both good signs of a great restaurant). The prices are cheap and there is great value for the amount of food you get.

The food was definitely hit-or-miss. We ordered the fruit cup and it was just melon and grapes (having worked in the food industry, this fruit looked a little too much like the fruit salad you can get in bags pre cut and washed). I had the crab eggs benedict and it was alright. The english muffin was a bit soggy and the taste was fine. Overall, the food was good but not great. The boyfriend found a hair on his plate. It was kind of on the side so we didn't complain or anything.

“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed 25 September 2012

My son and his buddies recommended the Wild Wood for a great breakfast and we're glad we listened to them. My wife had the Montreal Smoked Meat benny and I had the Breakfast Bowl w/ chirizo and the cranberry sourdough - both were excellent and very filling.

“Best Breakfast value!”
Reviewed 19 September 2012

My husband & I have enjoyed breakfast @ the Wildwood Bistro for years. We have, for most of the time ordered the "Classic" . If you want a hearty & wholesome breakfast at great value....this is it! the staff are friendly........always looking to refill your coffee. The atmosphere is casual & relaxing.
Heads Up! This is where the locals go and we have recommended it for years!! Open at 7 am.
We really miss our favorite waitress Andrea....please come back!!!!!!!!
