We had a three bedroom apartment for four adults and three children. The two bathroom configuration worked well. There was ample room to set up a Xmas dinner table for eleven. The staff were excellent providing extra dinnerware etc and extra table and chairs which were promptly removed at the completion of our meal.
Location excellent, staff excellent. External noise was not the slightest problem. Overal a great experience and certainly value for money.

We are pleased that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas experience here in Whistler. I am pleased that our team were able to accommodate your Christmas dinner special requests and that the 3 bedroom dining area was able to comfortably seat all 11 of you.
We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
Warm regards,
Ian Lowe

We just came back from a few days at the Crystal Lodge and it was great, per usual. The location cannot be beat, and our two BR suite was lovely. I asked the staff if they could put a picture of Ron Burgundy in the room ahead of time to greet my kids and they did! It was quite the hit. The staff is great too- you cannot go wrong with the Crystal Lodge.

I had a wonderful time at the Crystal Lodge. The location is perfect. World-class skiing, excellent food, and fun night life is just a short walk away. The room was cozy and clean, and the employees were very friendly.

A great hotel, and good value, but the room had the heating vent blowing onto the thermostat, causing the loud fan to turn on and off every 10 min overnight. For reference, I normally sleep like a log.

We stayed in a Junior Queen Studio Suite and it was awesome! We chose to stay on the village side (as opposed to the village green side). It was a bit noisy from the patio below but it was worth the people watching and mountain views. Really worth having our own kitchen so we could feel at home. I've been coming to Whistler for 20 years and this is the best spot. If this is your first time in Whistler you can't get much better.

Kathy, thank you very much for your recent review. The Junior Queen Studio Suite is also one of my favorite room types but does get overlooked as the Murphy bed seems to be an unknown for many of our guests. Having the full kitchen in these rooms is an amazing attribute for those nights that you simply want to stay at home relax and make a quick dinner. We look forward to seeing you back at the Crystal Lodge in the future.
Warm regards,
Ian Lowe

Location, convenience, staff all were exceptional!

Only knocks were no microwave. Hot tub was cool 2 nights, and Ric's was their room service menu. (cause escargot is room service food?) Ric's is by far the least suitable menu for room service from the restaurants in the building. To date this is the worst Hotel Room Service menu I've seen.

Suggestion for those like me - Pizza nights become the next best thing. There's several Pizza places in the village that are good for grabbing that apres warm meal and letting you hang out in PJ's to watch TV.

Steve, thank you very much for your recent review. We do indeed offer in-house room service (dinner and breakfast) through our own Ric's Grill (Steak, Seafood and Chophouse) however there are several operators in Whistler that will deliver pretty much any menu your guest room. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, only a few steps to all the lifts. Rooms overlooking The Stroll can be noisy. Ask for a quiet room on the other side. Rooms have fridge and coffee maker with complementary tea and coffee.
Wifi is super fast.
