Great location. Hotel is clean...Personel is pleasant and helpful.
I would definitely stay there again.
Nice pool and hot tub!
Room had a small refrigerator, which was nice.
Also had laundry facility.
I thought it was a good value for the price.

Rooms at front are very noisy. Confusion in booking rooms to 2 different guests. Then key not working after confusion. Rough pillow cases.

Not very good due to mix up booking the room. Double booked and then unable to enter room with key.

Very good stay with close proximity to all of Whistlers amenities and services. I was not impressed with the overall quality of local restaurants. I found the food to be very average, prices high, and service to be indifferent.

Kerry, thank you for your review of the Crystal Lodge. I am sorry to hear that the restaurants in Whistler did not live up to their reputation or possibly you were not paired with the restaurants that met your culinary needs. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel and discussing the finer details of various restaurants menus with you to ensure a much better dining experience.

Warm regards,

Ian Lowe

We had a clean, quiet, comfortable room adjacent to Village Stroll and close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts. Great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room options for more than two people. Will stay here again.

We always enjoy staying at The Crystal Lodge, especially love they accept pets! The 2 bedroom affords privacy, and allows for a lot of space. Always clean, well maintained and the location is spot on for dining, shopping and accessibility to the outdoor venues and tourist attractions! I have been staying here for well over 15 years and always find it a comforting stay.

We stayed at the Crystal Lodge as part of a large group (hockey tournament in July!). They were very accommodating and helpful for anything we needed. Regular rooms were average size. We stayed in the King Loft suite. I highly recommend it! Was wonderful to have separate spaces, particularly if we wanted to stay up and visit or watch tv. The hotel is located above The Old Spaghetti Factory, right in the heart of the Village. It was about a 2 minute walk to the chair lifts. As others have said, the only 'issue' was the underground parking. The stalls are small and the driveways narrow. Those with larger trucks had a difficult time maneuvering - but were able to make it work. The pool was clean, but very small with limited deck space.
