Travelled on a package deal with Crystal. This accomodation was a good price and a perfect location just a few steps from the slopes and the village centre. The room was a standard studio with a murphy bed and sofa bed. It was a bit awkward getting the murphy bed down every night but it meant we had more space in the room with a proper lounge and dining area. The kitchen was really well equipped and the room had more than enough space to store all your ski stuff. Our room was in the building over the road from reception so we didn't use the facilities there but we did use the sauna and whirlpool in our building which were nice and quiet. The skiroom was handy although the lockers were a little bit tight for a pair of skis and a board (would be too small for 4 people's stuff)
A few down sides - the bed linen was so thin and almost threadbare with sad looking blankets - it seemed clean though. We really had a struggle to get our luggage over the road on our last day as the snow wasn't cleared up to the door, making it hard to push the trolley. A minor niggle but the key cards kept losing their programming meaning we got locked out a few times and had to go over to the other building for help.
All in all, a really good experience and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask reception how to work the heating, it's not obvious but fine when you find the controller.

Stayed here only for one night whilst travelling in Canada this July. Started as a bit of a mare really as arrived only to be told we weren't booked in. Not the hotels fault but my travel company. Thank god a very helpful woman assured us she'd find us a room despite it being the weekend of the iron man competition. Room was huge for just two people. We slept on a pull out bed, which wasn't the most comfortable but adequate i felt. Loved my stay in Whistler and found the whole village charming. Had to be one of my highlights in the two weeks I spent in this beautiful country. Wifi worked a treat and everythings on your doorstep. Parking charges were put on the bill which didn't please me too much but other than that really enjoyed my all be it brief visit.

The best thing about this hotel was its value. We paid a great price compared to come other hotels and the rooms were pretty decent. We just need a place to rest at night and this hotel served this purpose perfectly. Although, the front desk staff were useless, this hotel is good for people who are using whistler for all the adventures and don't care about luxury.

The hotel was a perfect location central to everything and very quiet. I suggest you lock the back gate to the patio as you have thieves in the area

However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

My wife, daughter and grandson visited Whistler on the occasion of my 70th birthday. We had a great time, due in good measure to the accommodations at the Village Inn. Our room, a superior loft, was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Location was excellent for sight seeing or accessing gondolas and etc... In addition, the staff was very helpful in locating and returning an item misplaced when we packed to leave. They went out of their way to reassure us.

Old, outdated rooms. Pool deck and railing are in pathetic condition. Twice there were no towels available in pool room. No luggage carts available at check in, had to wait over an hour for a cart. Broken bed springs on the foldaway bed.

Great location in the heart of the village. The room was comfortable and clean, however I wouldnt advise a ground level room as you cant leave the windows open and during the hot spell it would have been nice to do so.

Room Tip: Try not to get the ground floor.
