We stayed for one night. I had looked at the website and originally thought the rooms were ok. We arrived and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows...the best! I found the rooms were very well maintained, even better than some of the more expensive hotels nearby! A really nice bonus for me was the deep tub AND jets! The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is so close to the gondola too. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. The only negative was there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

Perfect, clean, quiet rooms with great furnishings, decor and comfortable beds! The Bell staff welcomed us and went above and beyond to help us get settled. I miss the old Cinnamon Bear- it's a sports pub now.

Great Hotel, nice rooms and amenities, will stay again next time in Whistler. Very nice outdoor pool and hot tub and very clean. The King size rooms with a balcony have great views and are very spacious. Good location to the Golf course or short walk up the stairs to the village. The pub has a good selection of food options and numerous drink specials each night. Fun to watch the game as its a lively pub.

Came here with some friends for Cornucopia. Booked here because of the price and location (close to the Convention Centre). Parked the car at the Telus conference centre (which is half the price) but can only purchase 24 hours at a time. Worth going back to buy more parking as the lot is right below the conference centre. Went to the bar in the evening with our friends, but did not get to try out the restaurant. Menu looked nice. Will give it a try next time if we stay here. There is a heated pool which we will also need to make time for the next time we are here. Internet is complimentary but a little slow.

Dear Calum W,
Thank you for taking time to provide a review of your visit with us.

Cornucopia is a great time to come and visit the resort given all the great events but as you noted, it leaves little time to pamper yourself and enjoy all of our facilities.

At least now you have a good reason to come back for another visit.

Warm regards,

Booked a 3 night stay, checked into a 1100 sq ft suite that supposedly remodeled, toilet was broken, there was a dead cockroach under the kitchen sink. Terrible front desk service. I checked out and went to a different Hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. This is not the Hilton I remember.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I love the rooms with mini kitchenette. Spacious. Beds are comfortable, pillows not so much. Would definitely go back. The only negative side is that my room was near the terasse of the Cinnamon Bear Bar and pool so it was pretty noisy at night. I was on 2nd floor. So get a room far from there would be my only advice.

Dear Maxamillion1,

Thank you for taking time to provide insight from your second visit with us.

It’s nice to hear from return guests and particularly that you were pleased with the room and amenities. I wish to apologize for any disturbances you experienced from the Bar patio as we want to ensure all guest visits are peaceful.

On your next visit, l confident we’ll be able to select a room with a quieter exposure. We look forward to seeing you then.
