Another wonderful stay at the Inn at Clifftop Lane the week of February 9th. The Inn is a great place to stay if you are visiting Whistler. Alan and his wife Suelee greet you upon your arrival and do their best to insure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. We always meet a great group of regulars every time we visit. Alan operates a complimentary shuttle to the Creekside lift in the morning. After a hard day snowboarding, we enjoyed the Inn’s hot tub. We stayed in Room #1 again. Room #1 has a new bed that was a welcome treat . Breakfast at the Inn is a feast for the eyes and the tummy. I’ve said it before, Suelee is an amazing cook - eggs Benedict, cheese soufflés, chocolate muffins, and a new treat strawberry french toast. Tea and coffee are available in the afternoon. If you ask nice, Suelee will put out some cookies to dip in your tea. When you stay, say hello to Elsa and let her know we’ll be back again next year.

Room Tip: Room #1 has a new bed.

We stayed for five nights in Whistler in this lovely B&B.
The owners are the most warm Canadians we've ever met on our two week trip true BC, Sue Lee is an excellent chef and the queen of breakfast! And Alan is like a wonderful fatherly figure ho makes sure everyone feels ad eez, they've got a cozy salon, with a large library The rooms are neet and clean..and there is a hot tub... We really enjoyed our stay, and felt sorry that we had to leave.. We highly recommend it !

My husband and I stayed at Alan and Sun-Lee's beautiful house over the holidays. It's very close to Whistler Creek, which is a much better place to jump on the ski lift compared to Whistler Village which was extremely busy with long lines over the holiday period.

The rooms are very comfortable with everything you could possibly need - well-heated, blankets, jaccuzzi tub and a hot tub outside. Breakfast was delicious with healthy and less healthy options - a hot dish was hand-made everyday and tea and cookies are available all day long. It's worth noting as well that there is plenty of privacy, even with several other guests staying. We It really felt like a home away from home.

The location, thought slightly outside of Whistler Creek, is very convenient. Alan offers a ride to the ski lifts each day, but there are also regular buses, which a lot people get and it is a very short ride away.

I couldn't recommend this place more. We enjoyed it much more than a bog standard hotel, which would be more expensive and less personal.

My wife and I had an excellent stay in this B & B in April this year. We were fortunate because we had the place all to ourselves - a peaceful place with great views and (at that time) heavy snowfall around adding to the atmosphere. We've stayed in many B & Bs over the years and the breakfast in this one was one of the best - a unique and delicious cheese soufflé and other goodies. The host was friendly and knowledgeable. The main village is a short drive away. Highly recommended.

Having lived in the Vancouver area all of our lives my husband and I have visited Whistler on a regular basis since we were teenagers. Over the years we have stayed at many of its hotels and B & Bs as well as renting various condo units. However, we struck gold this year when we discovered the Inn at Clifftop Lane. Hoping to stay at the Chateau Whister ( which had become our favourite Whistler accommodation) for a last minute weekend trip we were disappointed to find that the Chateau was fully booked. In fact, being a very busy weekend in Whistler we had trouble finding anywhere to stay. There was literally "no room at the inn" until we discovered the Inn at Clifftop Lane. There had been a last minute cancellation so a room was available for us. What a fantastic surprise. The owners, Alan and Sulee Sailor, have made a delightful 5 bedroom purpose built B & B in a quiet neighbourhood a couple of minutes south of Whistler Creekside Village and the Creekside gondola. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and are decorated with Thai art in homage to Sulee's native country. Alan is a charming host and immediately makes his guests feel comfortable. The family room is very warm and is a great place to read a book and have a late afternoon drink. Sulee is a wonderful cook. The breakfasts are delicious and the cheese soufflé alone makes the trip worthwhile. We have already paid a second visit to the Inn at Clifftop Lane and are looking forward to return visits this season. Although we love the Chateau Whistler, the nice bedrooms, fantastic hosts and the complimentary breakfast and parking make the Inn at Clifftop Lane our first choice for lodging at Whistler.

Four of us stayed at the Inn at Clifftop Lane in September during our road trip around British Columbia. Alan was a very informative and attentive host and Sulee`s cooking was second to none. Be aware that if you like meager breakfasts of toast and cereals you will be missing out on some seriously good food all freshly cooked and beautifully presented. Our rooms were pleasant and comfortable with nice views to the out side. This B&B is in a very quiet area some 20 minutes out of Whistler. We didn`t use the hot tub due to the incessant rain.
All in all highly recommended.
