This falls in near Whistler Resort but you do not want to miss it. It cascades at least seven layers making look like a tall flowing wedding cake. I stood their and took videos and pictures and are some of my fondest memories of the British Columbia back country. The surrounding glaciers and jagged peaks are very enjoyable. The surrounding wildflowers were also breathtaking.

Keep your eye out for the signs! We missed it and went on a bit of a back road experience! When we did find it, it was a nice little waterfall. Worth stopping on the way to whistler.

We almost didn't stop to look as it was raining pretty hard, but so glad we did. They were just beautiful and I can only imagine what it would look like on a nice sunny day!!!

A short drive south of Whistler off the 99, just before the Olympic park.
We thought it would be a good place to visit on a rainy day. Combined it with Brandywine falls and it made a good morning trip.

Alexander Falls is a little gem that is only about 10 minutes off the highway. A well maintained road takes you all the way to the lookout.

The waterfall is truly impressive, a huge amount of water charging down a large drop, it is incredible to think of the power of these falls.

There isn't really anything else directly around the falls, although it is very close to the Olympic Park. If you are heading up there, it is definitely worth stopping by Alexander Falls.

I also think its worth ducking off the highway specifically to see the falls!
