Marion Street Eatery is a great addition to St. B! It's refreshing decor goes great with the menu and the atmosphere. It's a fantastic weekend brunch spot, and has a great patio for summer lunches. The Cuban sandwich might be the best in Winnipeg!

The food here is amazing. There were four of us in our party and we all ordered a different dish. Each of us liked the food so much that we would order that dish again. Don't let the biker bar fool you, this is a beautiful restaurant that has friendly staff, clean bathrooms and delicious food.

We had heard so much about this little restaurant that we had to try it out for ourselves. We headed there with our three sons for supper on my birthday. It is simply decorated, but very welcoming. Our waitress was very friendly and could answer any questions we had about items on the menu. Between the five of us, we tried five different menu options. We had the bison chili, Reuben sandwich, two burgers, pulled pork poutine, and the salad with chicken. Nothing was disappointing. All the food was excellent and comparable to homemade grub. My husband had soup with his burger, and really enjoyed it. We finished the evening with an excellent amaretto creme brûlée. We will definitely head back to try some of their other meals. The bannock with jalapeño butter was also excellent.

Tucked away inside one of the city's least desirable bars - home to bikers in the daytime and strippers in the evening - is this unsuspecting gem of a cafe. They've completely reinvented the restaurant, with tasteful, understated vintage decor and a casually fashionable atmosphere you would never expect from either the exterior of the building or the reputation of the bar.

I've been here many times since it opened, and I'm never disappointed. Every menu item I've tried has been a treat, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are always very friendly and professional.

The only thing I don't like is the lack of decent beer selection, although considering it's really a cafe and they're already famous for their fabulous caesers, I'm not going to fault them on that.

This new eatery has it all. Pleasant decor, comfortable old chairs, creative cooking , beautiful presentation and staff that act like they genuinely care about your comfort. No intrusive music just the pleasant buzz of conversation provides an ambiance that welcomes conversation.
Have been back three times and each time impressed with the creative twists and the quality of ingredients. Best Eggs Benedict anywhere...real ham, real hollandaise on a croissant, interesting appetizers. Such a lovely mix of creative cuisine and comfort food.
The only problem is that they're very busy at meal times. Come early. You'll want to linger.b
