“Now known as Naru Sushi”
Reviewed 5 January 2012

This is my and my boyfriend's absolute favorite sushi restaurant. I seriously eat here at least once a week. The food is imaginative, fresh, and delicious every time. There are also a ton of tasty vegetarian options, beyond the usual suspects.

“My new favourite!”
Reviewed 3 February 2011

I have been to Miyabi several times over the past few years, and it keeps getting better!
While their lunch menu features standard sushi fare and is extremely affordable, it's their dinner service that really makes them stand out. With so many restaurants to choose from in the Osborne/Corydon area, it's great to see such creativity in their menu.(Oh please, oh please, try the blue mountain roll!)
I usually see the owner working when I go there, and he is extremely courteous to all of his patrons. The atmosphere and decor is modest, but warm and inviting. True, they could use some chairs that aren't so beat up and an upgrade in the restrooms, what makes this place so special for me is that it lacks the pretention that other nearby sushi joints have. No, it's not posh, they don't blast music or have supermodels on coke for waitresses, but the food is incredible, fresh, and creative, and the people who work there make me feel like they value my business.

“OK if you're willing to be ignored by staff”
Reviewed 28 December 2008

The service is absolutely disgusting. I have been there on several occasions and have waited an unreasonable amount of time for water, menus etc.. while the one waitress they have chats with a friend. There are a few innovative items on the menu that are worth a try. The sushi rolls are fairly good, but not worth the hassle of waiting a lifetime. Also, the bathrooms are filthy.
