I stayed here for one night while traveling for work. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was soft. The AC unit was old and a little loud, but not terrible. The wifi was fast and free. The staff were very helpful and friendly, suggesting a great running path just outside the hotel. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

My friend and I stayed at the Delta with our children. They were looking forward to using the video game room and water slide, we were looking forward to a good night's sleep! Parking was difficult; finding a spot to even run inside to check in was almost impossible. I finally realized that dragging bags and kids the equivalent of a football field to the door just wasn't worth it so we used the valet. The first room we checked into reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk immediately apologized and moved us to a 2nd room, which was excellent. Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the crib we had requested was not available, understandable considering we booked last - minute. However, more cots & cribs would equal more revenue and happier customers!

I took the boys to the pool and they each got to take one turn on the waterslide before the attendant left for the evening. The pool was full of people and everyone was using the slide. Why can't the Delta keep the attendant on duty for the extra hour until the pool closed? Next was the games room; unstaffed and locked down tight. Apparently the slide attendant also looks after the video games. Of course, this meant I had two disappointed pre teens on my hands.

The housekeeper came up and made a great little bed for the youngest child. She was friendly, warm, a pleasure to chat with. We had breakfast at the hotel and everything was delicious and fresh. Our server was engaging and helpful, a great start to the day. When we came down to load up the vehicle, while we were waiting in the lobby, the alarm on my truck went off. Still no valet attendant to be found. I finally had to interrupt the front desk staff, who were helping other guests, to frantically find my keys. After I turned the alarm off and after the truck was packed, the valet appeared with no apologies for leaving the vehicle or helping us. Oh well, you can't win them all!

This is not the best Delta I have stayed at, but it's not a bad hotel. I imagine that when it's less busy, they probably have a better handle on everything. If you are traveling through New Brunswick and can spare the extra 150km I would recommend the Delta in Fredericton instead. As far as Moncton in the summer, the rate was fantastic and for one night, it met our basic needs.

The staff were friendly and knowlegable. They all work so hard and seem to enjoy what they do. Every detail was looked after for our stay. They made travelling with small children easier. The site was clean and the dining was excellent. Will definately be going again.

Stayed at the Delta for 5 terrible days. The walls were paper thin, so much that I heard the couple across the hall arguing about how terrible their stay was as well. The internet was intermittent, also having to resign into their wireless everyday was a pain. They would never leave enough towels unless a note was left for them. When we didn't leave a note they didn't change any. Makes you wonder if they clean anything else. The room looked like I was back in 1985, so outdated for an apparent high class hotel. Not worth the money by a long shot.

Room Tip: Don't stay at the Delta if you want a good room.

Very sorry that we did not hit the mark on your visit. I have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team in regards to your stay over service. Delta is currently undergoing renovations at all locations across Canada and will be complete by the end of 2016 with modern and refreshing touches that will ensure that it does not feel dated in anyway.

I do hope that you will give us another try the next time you come to Moncton.

Thank you for sharing your feedback

We stayed as a family of four (children ages 9&11) in early August 2014. We found the service to be excellent with all staff helpful and extremely friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located to local Moncton attractions. There are also many options for restaurants and coffee within walking distance.
The pool area is great for families......large pool, water slide and hot tub. However, we found the pool area was too chilly. A door was constantly propped open, presumably to keep humidity controlled. However the air temperature outside was cool meaning the pool area was also cool. Many people were shivering and covered in goose bumps.
Our room was clean as were all of the public areas of the hotel. :). We ate at Trio twice and it was excellent both times.
The only negative comment I have is that the hotel is in desperate need of an update. Maybe we are just spoiled after having stayed at Delta Fredericton, but the Beausejour looks tired.
We would definitely stay here again and hope that a refurbishment is in the future!

Hi, I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it is my first choice for Moncton. It has nice rooms, location, and parking. It is downtown on Main Street so you have access to some great local restaurants and a short drive to the shopping over in Dieppe. Rates are reasonable, rooms are a nice size and the hotel can be relatively quiet.
