Summer of 2012. High prices not justified. Pool dirty. Sites very small. Park needs an overhaul. Not enough staff. We will never go back. In fact, had to swing into Monton, the following year d/t a sick dog needing a vet, but we stayed at WalMart instead of going back to that overpriced, dismal place. Don't waste your money!

There is no firepit at the sites, you need to pay for that.
The sites are very small for the price.
The washrooms are not cleaned often enough. If a toilet is dirty, it's dirty for the entire day.

Most importantly, the staff was unprofessional, the manager was the rudest. The reception advised me that there was no refund for 4 days in advance, but there was partial refund of exchange of sites. Then after we decided to exchange sites, the manager comes and tells us there's no refund, partial or full.

Oh, and if you are renting a tent site with 2 services, you'll only be getting electricity, the water tap is 50 meters away by the washrooms.

The manager of that camping (Heather) is very rude and not professional!!! This is a run down place, the park is old and the only new amusement they have for kids is right by the garbage dumpster...The bathrooms were the dirtiest I've ever seen (and I've been camping all my life...) Not a place for family at all...very pricy for a camping site so small....It feel like a walmart parking for campers!!!!!

Room Tip: go somewhere else!!!

Management is very rude and ignorant and not helpful. On top of the overpriced tent sites ($40) you have to have a swipe card to get into the place which they charge you an extra $20 for it. Tent sites wet and soggy ground. Extremly dirty bathrooms they had feces everywhere. My granddaughter got sick and we have to leave two days early and they would not give us a refund. They said too bad. This is a small campground not many seasonal campers (for obvious reasons) you also have to pay $6/night for a fire pit. Do NOT stay here you will regret it!

On arrival and check-in staff were not friendly at all. Our site was very wet and soggy. We are on day 15 of the maritimes and this has to be the most over priced for the sites we have stayed at. Very crowded sites. We will not be back.

The rates are overly expensive for an average campground. It added up to $50 for one night. One thing that bothered me is that there are not fire pits available at each campsite. If I'm going to be paying this much for a camp site, I expect there to be a fire pit.

The woman working at the desk said because the city is so close that fires weren't allowed, but then said we could purchase a fire pit for $8... Doesn't make sense to me.

The bathrooms are ok, nothing special, but not awful. I have seen some pretty bad campsite bathrooms though.
