We took 1pm tour and true to it's name; it was about icebergs; close up of couple of them. No signs of whales or penguins and even without trying bit more, crew was in a hurry to get back to the shore to pick the next group. Instead of 2 hours tour lasted only an hour forty minutes. Not worth the money just to have a closer look at iceberg - one could get a closer view from Fort Amherst or if time permits, drive up to Twilingate, Iceberg capital where one could see plenty of them very close.
