We visited Oliver's a few weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. We made a reservation and we're glad we did - the restaurant isn't really big and filled up quickly. Our server was pleasant and efficient. We had cod tongues as an appetizer - be prepared for a taste like calamari but a very chewy texture. I had bourbon glazed chicken breast and my husband had cod. Both dishes were delicious - they arrived nice and hot, the chicken in particular was a very generous portion, with a nice variety of fresh veggies. Dessert was coconut molasses bread pudding - yummy. All in all a lovely experience.
