We stayed at this fabulous bed & breakfast on our way to Halifax. We have stayed at many B&B's but this one far exceeded all of our expectations. Great location, terrific grounds, large rooms and comfy beds. Best of all the owners are friendly and most hospitable. The breakfast is gourmet making this a tremendous value. This is a must stay when in Nova Scotia.

Absolute pleasure to spend one night here during our 10 day visit to NS and PEI, and we would have been pleased to stay longer. The house is beautiful and full of charm of by-gone times, with all the modern amenities and very welcoming owners and staff. The room was large and very comfortable, especially the lovely beds. Dinner and breakfast were both fabulous with a surprise local guest at Saturday morning breakfast. I would go back to Annapolis Royal again, especially on a weekend and this would be the place to stay (walking distance to everything).

An excellent B&B - large rooms with high ceilings, fitted out with period furnishings and decoration it has a great old fashioned feel to it. The owners/staff were very helpful - providing a packed breakfast for us on or last night as we had to head out early to catch a ferry. Breakfast on the other day we were there was excellent.

The room we were in had a large four poster bed - which was very comfortable once you managed to climb into it! The bathroom was maybe not so good as it was a bit small with a plastic shower compartment which didn't really fit with the rest of the ambiance - but it was functional and clean and the rest of house certainly makes up for any small complaints and doesn't stop me giving it a 5.

We didn't get the chance to eat here in the evening which is a shame as it has a very good reputation.

Room Tip: Having a peek in the rooms that had doors open they all seem to be very individual. The room we had was at the front with a four poster bed and was excellent.

This was our second visit to the Queen Anne and it was like returning home. We were taking another couple to the Inn for their first visit to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had a fabulous time!! Julie and Greg are very gracious hosts and helped in creating the surprise for the birthday. The rooms were great, the meals fantastic, especially the dessert sampler platter (thanks, Greg:)), and the gardens are beautiful. It was fun to have the dining room all to ourselves and the extra-special treatment by Angela. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I spent one night here and were very impressed. The house is remarkable and the room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was quite tasty as well. Overall a short but great stay here!
