On the last weekend of my stay in Nova Scotia I decided to go to Digby to see the whales on the Bay of Fundy. I found the Inn's flyer on the Halifax visitor center and it was the perfect choice.
The house is really nice, aside from the private rooms and the dorm rooms (which I stayed in) it has a well equiped kitchen for common use and a very agreeable common living room as well as a backyard with table and chairs. The whole place is super clean and my bed was quite confortable.
The owners are awseome. I wanted to go whale watching but was without a car and all the tours leave from an island 50km away. They arranged for a ride with a hiking group that was headed that way I actually made it possible for me to go see whales. They also gave some really good tips of things to see around Digby and how to get there. They were super welcoming and helpful. I felt right at home.
There's also a beautiful huge yellow cat at the house but, be rested he doesn't go into the rooms :)
Overall I most definitely recommend it and will go back if I get the chance!More
