We had 3 nights at the start of our 3 weeks driving holiday around Nova Scotia . The Halliburton is really well situated for restaurants and the Maritime Museum and Museum at Pier 21 . The waterfront area is lovely - with a boardwalk .
We had a front downstairs room overlooking the street. The advantage of a ground floor room means few steps as there is no lift. However you can hear traffic noise and voices of people passing by . However the bed was very comfy and cosy and the room was clean .
Breakfast was ok- nothing special.
Staff were very good and friendly and were there to offer suggestions . Fortunately there was help with the suitcases which was very much appreciated.
I think the location is the main advantage of this hotel .More
