“checking out the boat”
Reviewed 31 October 2011

its a quick little self-guided tour and included with your maritime museum pass, it was good to be able to get on the boat and snoop around for awhile.

“great old vessel”
Reviewed 10 July 2010

This vessel served the Canadian government for over five decades from 1913, when it was launched, to 1969. It has been a hydrographic surveying vessel doing oceanography work and has also served in the Canadian navy. The decks are made of wood and it is in excellent shape. Now it is serving the public by being part of the Maritime Museum in Halifax.
