I have been coming to the public gardens since i was a little girl, and each time is as good as the one before. The flowers are beautiful, the scenery is excellent and if you're lucky, you can watch live music on the gazebo. I always reccommend bringing a little bread to feed the ducks.

Everything looked really nice but it would definitely look better if I had gone during the Summer, and would especially be more enjoyable with the warmer weather.

Beautiful gardens, well maintained within the city downtown Halifax. Well worth a stop by to spend a moment or a couple hours walking or sitting on a park bench relaxing. Some food is available, coffee and ice cream treats.

Approx. 10 min walk from the water front along Spring Garden Road.

Would recommend for any one visiting Halifax.
