We have been to Chives probably 10 times now, and not once have we been disappointed. Chef Craig and his staff have always impressed us with the food, service, and attitude.
The constantly changing menu featuring locally grown food is delicious and appeals to many different diets. My wife can't eat certain foods, and they went out of their way to make a special demi-glaze for her meal last night that we didn't ask for. It's those kind of touches that make you value the quality of the service you receive.
Craig is also a community oriented guy, and we've been to a charitable function hosted at the restaurant in which he and his team worked for free on behalf of the event. This sort of stuff just makes me proud to eat there, and to continue to frequent the restaurant.
My wife and I went there for our 9-year anniversary dinner there last night, and we were talking about our favourite restaurants, and we decided that while sure, there are many other places to go and eat, we know we're going to get delicious food cooked perfectly here, so why risk being disappointed. Chives will always be our go-to spot.
Thanks to Chef Craig, and the Chives team for always giving us a great experience and wonderful meal.
