“Great family hotel”

We stayed one night at Fairfield Inn with our 4 kids (10, 8, 6, 3) on our way to Montreal. Right off the highway you don't hear the traffic in the room (we had room number 122). Everything was perfect, the sofa bed and rollaway bed were already set up and we only had to jump into the pool. There are plenty of quick restaurants close by, even a shopping mall across the street. It was surprisingly quiet at night, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is modern but very small. The breakfast in the morning was free, they even had waffels. There wasn't enough space for all guest so some people had to wait until they could eat. In the morning we used the little fitness room and the pool once more. Checkout is at noon which was really nice. We had all we expected and the price was great, too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends! There is a beautiful pirate ship playground only 3 min. by car away.

This is not a fancy hotel but it is perfectly comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine (considering it was included), I would stay there again if I was travelling to the area. Pool was not tempting for me (my son enjoyed it though) as there were no windows in the area and quite small. Workout room was basis but did the job. I would not recommend that any adult (unless they can sleep on anything) plan on sleeping on pullout sofa.

Room Tip: Make sure that all adults get a bed to sleep on. Also if you are planning on being in the room durin...

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. It's affordable, clean and in a good location! Where this location really shines is the front desk. Everyone was so polite, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure everything was as good as possible. They genuinely seemed to care. I asked them for activity suggestions, restaurant recommendations and even driving directions. Every answer they gave was great! The only reason the 5th star is missing is that the hotel has a very odd layout and only two floors. Also, the Internet was nearly inoperable while I was there but the staff more than made up for the inconvenience!!! This is definitely the hotel to stay at in Belleville if you're passing through on business or with the family for a night or two!

Room Tip: Try to get yourself a suite for the extra room and ask to be close to a router if Internet is import...

We headed to Belleville to attend Rockfest at the Empire Theatre for the Performing Arts and stayed at the Fairfield Inn. This motel is just off the 401 therefore location was great. It is easy to find and very easy to get to our event destination. The motel is older but is very well kept. It was clean, with lots of room...and the window opened. I was able to enjoy the cool air during the night! The staff were extremely pleasant. We enjoyed a deluxe continental breakfast and took a coffee for the road home. We would definitely stay again if visiting Belleville.

Held a teachers' conference in July 2013 for 70 attendees at the hotel. Betty Moon-Rae and her staff were awesome. They were very accomodating (eg. changes to our meal schedules), provided prompt services, always available to answer questions, treated us like their family, and the list goes on.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Hotel catered lunches and dinners for our conference. Lunches were delicious and dinners were good.

The only down side was their old/poor sound system. I was advised that hotel's system would accomodate a karaoke machine but it wouldn't. We had to pay an additional $100 for a technician (out sourced) who couldn't make the sound system work for the karaoke machine. The tachnician said "the karaoke machine was too powerful for the hotel's sound system". This put a big damper on our banquet night event!

We stay at this hotel about four times a year and it is always clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The breakfast is good and not in a crowded room.
My wife can walk to lots of shopping while I am at work and then we can walk to many dining spots in the evening.
Excellent access off the highway #401

Room Tip: Ask for a suite

We stayed here for one night while traveling through from visting the 1000 islands and Alexandria Bay. It met our expectations, like every other Marriott. It was a bonus having a really good breakfast complimentary of the Marriott. Waffles, bacon, and everything else was excellent and well tended to when running out of an item. Staff was very courtious and friendly. Location wise, it seemed like it was away from the main drag. But, we would stay here again, if we traveled this way.
