Went to Dinkels for the first time with my wife and two friends and we all had a terrible experience. Two of us ordered medium steaks which came out blue (borderline raw). Steaks were sent back and to our surprise they just ended up reheating the same steaks instead of cooking up another one. The steak came back five minutes later still undercooked. My wife's fetuccini alfredo was pretty much noodles with garlic butter and onions (Linguine's is much better) and our other friend has a pasta which came out looking as if it had stayed on the counter for quite some time. We ended up getting a credit for the steak after arguing with the waiter that we shouldn't be charged for it since it was returned and still wasn't cooked properly.
I know they had a wedding that night but if the kitcken can't keep up because of that they should have closed the dining room for the night, as we will not be returning there. Very disappointing for what I thought was an upscale restaurant, based on the prices.
