Very clean hotel it was suprising how quiet it is considering it is beside a highway there was absolutely no noise in out room. The staff was great I was coming in with a cooler and one of the staff saw me aproaching a door and literally ran to get to the door first and hold it open for me.
No problems with anything here and would stay again

Booked a 2 Queen bed accessible room in the newer Walter Gretzky wing for a 2 night stay over the Civic Holiday weekend. Check-in was reasonably efficient and courteous. Parking was scarce as hotel was full plus there was a wedding in the ballroom. It is a sprawling hotel, the only parking was near the front of the hotel and it was quite a trek to our room. Hotel has lots of hallways and entrances, we wandered forever to find the pool - a floor map of the hotel at check-in would be a terrific idea. No complaints about cleanliness. Everything in room and bathroom worked as it should, and beds were very comfortable. Cute separate small wading pool for young kids, main pool was large, as well as hot tub and sauna. Pool was out of towels 3 out of 4 times we used it, so we just brought towels from the room. The breakfast that is included in room rate is actually vouchers for the breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant. The included items are: toast, bagels, croissants, usual cereal varieties, several canned and fresh fruit selections, cottage cheese, yogurt. For a $5 plus tax upgrade, you can also choose hot items: sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, omelets. Be sure to take your wallet with you even if just eating the "basic" breakfast, as since this is actually a restaurant, there is waitress service and a tip would be in order. The only complaint the whole weekend was that our Sunday AM "alarm clock" was the room across from us who had dogs in the room. The dogs had been left alone in the room for quite some time, and, naturally, they were barking incessantly and could be heard very clearly throughout the whole hallway and all the rooms. Not the hotel's fault, I did see someone from the front desk go to the room when leaving for breakfast, dogs were quiet after that time. Many signs in each room and at the Wing entrance to specify "Quiet Zone" so unsure why pets would be allowed in this area? Otherwise, very quiet rooms with no noticeable outside noise, despite being next to the highway. Based on our experiences with other hotel chains, I would rate this an 8.5 out of 10 and would have no problems returning to this hotel in the future.

We attended a conference at the beautiful Sanderson Theatre and this hotel was recommended by the organizers. We opted for the King suite which turns out to be two rooms making it ideal for our family of 3. There was nothing stupendous about the hotel, it was just a really nice, clean, quiet, well appointed hotel. I also liked the outdoor patio where I worked on my computer and later had a drink with some friends.

If you have to stay in Brantford, I would recommend this hotel. And at $125 with breakfast, it was a great deal.

We have stayed at this hotel three weekends in a row. We chose this hotel due to proximity to Circle Square Ranch, and were so impressed that we have made it our resting stop. The kids love the pool and when they get tired of the pool, the play structure is there. The courtyard provides room to move. The courtyard is great as a backdrop for wedding pictures. We watched a wedding party having their photos done. I enjoy the smoke free atmosphere, the balcony, and the spacious rooms. When the kids have gone to bed, I can read in the sitting chair. Another feature that I enjoyed was the security feature of the wing we stayed in. The room key is necessary to enter, which eliminates the running of halls. The staff are professional and friendly. From check-in to check-out, the service is great. We have enjoyed this hotel, and chose to keep using it. Highly recommend it.

Room Tip: If you are travelling by yourself, ask for the back of the hotel. If you are part of a group, ask f...

We stayed at this hotel because it offered a nice package deal with the African Lion Safari and I like Best Western, this hotel did not disappoint. It was clean, quiet (despite the back looking over a highway) and service was very good. There is a pool and a nice play structure for kids, I wish we arrived earlier or were able to stay a little later for our kids to enjoy them, we'll be giving more time for that next time. Very good for ~3-10 year olds.

This hotel also has a very nice restaurant, had we known that before hand we would have eaten supper here instead of on our way into town. However, we did have the breakfast buffet and it was very nice, lots of selection.

No real knocks on this place, gave us a nice place to stay and a great price with the Safari package deal, includes a lot more than just the park pass.

I would have to say that this hotel has one of the best chefs around. When you can make grilled veggies so tasty that you go back for thirds..........you know it good! just the right size portions when ordering from the menu too! The room was splendid. large, quiet, and very romantic. This is the first room I have stayed in that included a fireplace.....so nice. The jacuzzi was sweet, There is real attention to detail here and the staff was wonderful. So happy and we will be back time and time again.

It was a very busy weekend in Brantford due to Hockeyfest. We were attending the Hockeyfest concert on the Friday night only and were going to spend the night in Brantford. Hotel is quite large with several wings. After a speedy check in the front desk suggested we park around back to be closer to our room but we didn't as we had a great spot right by the front entrance. That was a mistake the walk was very long. Also the wing/hallway where our room was secured, i.e. you couldn't go down our hallway until you opened a hallway door with your room key. We thought that was odd but later realized how awesome it was. Since the hotel was very busy and had a lot of kids staying, it kept the kids from running up and down our hall since they would need a room key. It made for a pleasant, quiet stay. Room was clean and large. We also had a balcony facing the yard/playground. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small and outdated. No microwave or fridge. Had a drink in the lounge which was nice but did not visit the restaurant. All the staff we met were helpful and polite.
