As a frequent business traveler I stay at this hilton property nearly every week. The hotel staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and well kept and the facility itself is in good condition. With a deliscous breakfast served every morning and friendly bar staff in the evening they make you feel right at home. If you've got to stay in the area definitely stay here!

Please be aware that the room doesn't have curtains that fully close, so you will be woken up by the sunrise. You can hear the traffic noise from the QEW (highway) if your room is on that side of the hotel.

We came to Hamilton/ burlington for a wedding. We booked ahead at the Hilton garden inn and did not regret it. When we arrived the room we booked which was a two queen bed was not yet available, so we were upgraded to a room with a king sized bed and pull out. the guests were me, my husband and 8 year old son. Therefore, the pull out bed was perfect for my son. He was excited to have his own little area with his own tv. Our mattress had an adjustable matress, where you could adjust the pressure.it was wonderful! The view was probably the only downfall. We had a view of the highway, however it was not noisy at all and we slept like babies. Checkout is at noon. It was so easy to push the zip out check out button on our room phone and leave! We did not use the pool or workout room since we were not here for long. Only one night. But it was worth it!

I stayed here for one night so that I could attend a wedding in the area. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm after a six and a half hour drive. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to check in since check in was at 3pm. To my surprise our room was ready. That was a pleasant surprise since the wedding was at 3pm. We were met at the front desk by Jorge, he was such a patient and pleasant person as I fumbled for my credit card. He reminded my of the Dos Equis guy in the commercial on TV.
The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked flawlessly and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was little small but the kids said the water was warm and they really enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent and priced accordingly.
Stay here you won't regret it!

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper ask for a room not facing the highway.

This is a clean hotel, very quite and good location. The staff were very professional and helpful. The free Internet access is definitely a plus, and parking is hassle free. The indoor pool is really small and can get easily crowded. However, for the entire 5 days that we stayed in this hotel, I was always by myself in their gym, which was really great. The bathrooms need updating though. I would definitely recommend this hotel, whether for business or for pleasure.

Good quality hotel, clean, good internet access, helpful staff both for a late arrival but also an easy get away with printing a boarding pass and supplying a breakfast "on the go". Overall I recomend this hotel.
