I ordered using the online website at around 6:45, I got a large pizza, 2 dips, 4 slices of garlic break with cheese, 15 potatoe wedges, and 6 pieces of chicken for 41.00 after tax and delivery. The food arrived around 7:30, this is when I realize there were only 2 slices of plain garlic bread. I called the 310 number to complain, they were going to have my correct order sent out pending that the garlic bread I got be returned to them.(ok fine) so then I realized they didn't not put the ketchup or utensils in the bag(no big deal, it's not like I didn't have it anyways) but, what if I didn't!? Then the deal breaker for me was eating half way into a piece of the white meat chicken ( which I was charged extra for) and finding out once half way through the piece of chicken that it was completely raw and bloody on the inside. When I called back and said listen, I just want my money back this is disgusting, she asked me how much of the food was eaten!??? I realize there are very dishonest people trying to get free credits, but really!!! I just ate bloody chicken from your restaurant and you are concerned about the remainder of the rest of the food, the only thing she offered was to send someone to pick up the food and give me my money back. I agreed and hung up. I then ordered a family meal from KFC, the order was delivered, eated, and cleaned up before double double even bothered to pick up the undercooked meal and return my 40.00. The driver was the only good part. He was a very sweet older man, maybe early 50's that was very apologetic and when we returned the food with only half a slice of pizza missing from the entire meal, he offered to let us keep the pizza. So long story short now, I'm pretty much waiting for the gut wrenching pain and vomiting to start since I ate almost an entire piece of under cooked chicken! :(
