beautiful views, lots of history. We took the trolley tour of Kingston and it was a great way to see a lot of things in the city!

“Kingston Ontario, Old Fort Henry and Historic Limestone City”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

Located on the beautiful Lake Ontario, this must see attraction has lots to offer no matter what time of year, from sunset ceremonies, to hallowe'en spooky ghost walks, to specialty period dinners - served complete in costume, same foods, dishes and preparation as back in the day! Take a stroll through history, while at the same time taking in the fresh breezes off of Lake Ontario.

Kingston known for great sailing, once hosted the sailing olympics and world windsurfing championships! When fort history is done, go for a stroll on Kingston's waterfront - you will discover many unique shops, pubs & restaurants while taking in the limestone architecture on the cobble stone streets. Downtown marketplace is frequently the spot for many events including concerts, skating and several festivals. Enjoy! I live here and love it! Can you tell?

“Kingston's UNESCO World Heritage Site”
Reviewed 16 April 2014

When visiting Kingston Fort Henry is a must-see. During the summer Weekly Sunset Ceremonies taking you back in time with a fireworks finale, the Kingston Symphony performing the 1812 Overture (with real cannon fire), Fort Fright leading up to Halloween... If you can't make it to one of these spectacular events the day tours are very interesting too.

“Wonderful Show!”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

Living in Kingston now for a few years, we've only just recently started going to see Fort Henry's very popular 'Sunset Ceremony'. What a show! From the music, mock battles, to the grand fireworks display at the end, this is by far one of Kingston's best attractions :). Don't forget to research the 'haunted history' of this vast fort as well. You won't be disappointed!!
