We stayed 2 nights at the London Ontario Hilton. This hotel has location and a friendly door man, that's it. In comparison to other hotels in the area this was the most expensive and the least value. Parking is an extra $10/day. Lots of sports teams checking in for weekend tournaments which makes for a very noisy, busy hotel. Security did try to control the parties in the hallways. Check in was 40 minutes, computers were down. Once computers were back up the check in line was moving fine. Always a wait for 2 of the 4 working elevators, escalator also not functional. We were on the 9th floor, the only ice machine working was on the 15th floor, no bar fridge in rooms. The rooms were large but tired. They were clean with the exception of the dirty sheets left on top of the TV from the previous guests. A coffee machine was provided but only coffee for 2 cups, 2 real sugar, 2 artificial sugar and 2 whitener. You had to watch your step in the hallways, carpets are rippled. We did not try the buffet. The pool was OK. I would not stay here again. My preference is the small econo type, free parking close to your room, bar fridge and micro in room, continental breakfast included, morning paper at your door.
