We recently spent a week at the Knight's Inn. Our room was everything we expected and needed.
Our room was very clean, we had a small fridge and microwave with an updated bathroom. From reading the reviews we knew this was not going to be the Ritz, but it accommodated our needs perfectly, The owner and his family were very nice. The breakfast of waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, milk and coffee got us off to a good start each day. Located on the east side of London, close to the airport, it was not a bad area of town, and being right on Dundas it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. There were several nice restaurants close as well as stores for shopping. In selecting this hotel we had read all of the Tripadvisor reviews and were impressed that the owner cared enough to read and reply to many of the comments. We are planning a return trip to the area and will definately consider another stay at this hotel.

Enjoyable stay en route to Niagara Falls each way. Pay the little extra and book the king/Jacuzzi room. Very spacious and clean. Tropical murals adorn the walls and ceiling which we really enjoyed. Rooms 42-44 also have these murals. Jacuzzi is plenty large for 2 people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (could use some fruit). We did catch the owner pocketing the tip we left for housekeeping as we were leaving – not right. Not in the best part of town but we felt safe. Great room and service for the price.

I had an interview at the UWO and decided to stay in his motel. If you are expecting anything fancy, you'll be disappointed. However, this motel was perfect for my needs; I just wanted basic, average travel accommodations. I think the biggest pro was that it was VERY clean and tidy. The staff was nice and accommodating. The flat-screen LCD TV was very nice especially for a motel. The cons included the location of the motel; it was in a bit of a sketchy area (homeless and drunks).The continental breakfast was decent at best. And the rooms were outdated and average, but for the price, this was expected.

Another reviewer below (Susan915) on here mentioned that they don't have irons, but they do. You just have to go to their office and they will gladly provide you with one as well as an ironing board.

Overall, I would stay there again. But if you are looking for something more fancy, look elsewhere. But if you want just basic needs like me, this motel is perfect.

Since our flight check-in time was 5 am, we thought that a quick trip to the airport would be important so we chose this place to stay the previous night. Parking was outside the door, and the room had a small fridge and microwave but no coffee-maker. A continental breakfast was included in the room rate, but our departure time was too early to take advantage of that. What a surprise the room decor was (and not in a good way)! It's beyond words to describe (maybe something to do with the Greek Islands?), so I've attached pictures. Perhaps this room was unique in its interior decoration, but anyway it was clean and overall was good value.

We have some of the rooms with Unique Murals and/or painting including the one you stayed. We always work on improvements and take customer feedback as tool to deliver what we can. It has cost a lot to get those painting done and we will see how people like them and at some point we will review and see if we keep them or re-paint it based on the feedback of people who stayed in those rooms.

I usually stay at high end hotels but decided to find the nearest motel after a long night at a friend's birthday party. To my surprise, the room I stayed in was cleaner than previous hotel's I've stayed at. The LCD t.v. was also a shocker, especially for a motel. To make things even better, Tim Hortans and other restaurants were located just right next door, even though breakfast was kindly included by the motel.

Overall, I wouldn't consider this a budget motel as the owner has clearly spend alot to improve their rooms. I would gladly stay here again.

I was very pleased with how clean the room and bedding was. We stayed over night to catch an early flight the next morning and it was perfect for that reason. Nothing fancy or real modern besides the nice flat screen on the wall but clean. Very close to the airport. Easy enough to get to.

At midnight and again at 4:30am we were awoken by a group of teenagers shouting and swearing, and eventually arguing with other guests when they were asked to leave. Why kids were on the street at that time is beyond me!

The location of the motel wasn't great, and if I knew London better I wouldn't have picked to stay there.

Didn't get the same friendly service as described in previous reviews....the guy checking in barely said two words to us and clearly didn't know how to smile.

That said, the rooms were clean and warm. Some extra pillows would've been nice though.
