“Good value great variety great food.”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Other than the lobby, the atmosphere is nothing spectacular, the same cannot be said about the food. The food is quite excellent for a buffet style venue. Great Chinese food, Prime Rib Roasts, wonderful shrimp and seafood selections...you can't lose. We've even taken kids and they love that there is Pizza and lots of wonderful desserts (including Chocolate -dipped Strawberries. They have a Seniors discount price, and lunch Buffet, which is not as extensive as dinner, but is still fantastic, and more reasonably priced than some Fast Food type of restaurants. I'd highly recommend it. P.s. They also have a take-out menu which is reasonably priced and the food is just as good as in the restaurant.

“good food - good value”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

the Mandarin is my favourite buffet - always an appealing variety of items - and well replenished.

Hot foods are hot - and cold foods cold (always a good thing!)

You have to try their cappucino ice cream - no sugar added - wonderful taste & texture. I called all over Ontario (no kidding!) to find the supplier - but they do not sell this flavour at the retail level.

We were a party of 14 - with wide age range - everyone found lots of buffet items to delight them.

“Great for family get-togethers”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

We've been here countless times with multi-generational family gatherings. There's something for everyone, and although the food doesn't change much between visits, there's plenty of it. We are usually celebrating a birthday or something, and the staff will bring over a dessert (despite the fact that we're totally stuffed by that point), sing happy birthday and take a picture of your table. The whole thing is a bit kitschy, but fine for this type of outing. I wouldn't go here for fine dining, or a long lingering meal. People are up and down at different times getting their food, so it's not conducive to conversation. When you're picking up the tab for a large group of people, it's much more reasonable to eat here than more highbrow places, so it's good for bringing granny and the kids.

“Good value for the money”
Reviewed 29 July 2014 via mobile

Not the best service or atmosphere but offers a variety of delicious food at a very reasonable price. Better reserve a place ahead if going on weekends
