We booked a room online during Caribana weekend (Saturday). About 1 hour after the booking I called the hotel to confirm my reservations as I knew most hotels were booked in the GTA for that weekend. When I called in the woman I spoke to confirmed my booking and asked if I wanted two queen beds or a single king bed (meaning she had two rooms avaikable). I asked for the two queen. When I arrived to check in the girl said she had no rooms. Frustrated I asked how that could be since I received the confirmation email and called in. She than told me that only two of them were working the desk and both denied speaking to me over the phone. The girl behind the desk questioned if I actually did call in and as a result I showed her the phone number in my phone. She than proceeded to roll her eyes and slam things. She made it seem like it was my fault! She than told me that there's no room and to "go somewhere else, find another hotel." Worst customer service! I told her that I had no where to go and that something better be done or else I want to speak to a manager. She rolled her eyes and left the front desk. She called in few minutes later saying one room was available and to give it to me. How could a room suddenly be available in a completely booked hotel! Decently won't be coming back!
