Stayed here for 6 nights to attend a conference in a nearby hotel. Great room which was comfortable and always clean. Rachid the from the dining room was very helpful and friendly, he is a real asset to Delta Hotels. Would stay again.

This hotel is nice enough, if you are paying $95 or so a night. No WiFi in rooms or at least not in most rooms, ad was misleading. You have to pay extra for parking and it's not cheap. And the breakfast that is advertised as one price is really about $10 extra and definitely not worth it. Front desk staff was not very personable or accommodating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. And last, when the do not disturb sign was on the door the cleaning crew attempted to come in anyway. Luckily the door was bolted. Huge disappointment, would not recommend this place to anyone. You can certainly find a better place to spend your money!

Attended from Vancouver, B.C. lay over at Delta Toronto Airport West 8pm April 17,2014. Picked up at airport(after finding some one to phone hotel)by hotel bus. Takes approx.15min. front counter service was fine and met Muhammad Khan who gave us a very comfortable room 329, facing the inner court. Adequate seize, comfortable bed, necessary items, but room a little out dated needing some attention. I was told they are planning large renovations in this hotel. Very nice comfort in lounge with fire place, large t.v. screen and not too noisy. We had Angela for our waitress and just so pleasant smile, hard worker, got every item on time and knew her wine and menu very well. Hotel has a quite large pool heated, whirl pool, spa services and hair cut rooms. Also attended on April 25 lay over from Bahamas Is. from Airport(waited for bus 45min.) At front counter talked to Asif Hashmi front office manage at preferred guest services line up. He was professional, polite and business like man with a smile, liked him right off the bat! I asked him for a upper room with view of city possible upgrade. To my wife and me we were given room1011 which said Washington Suite. We entered and their was a fruit basket, couch, large wall t.v. and a very big comfortable bed with all wife and self necessaries with bath coat in closet. Wow!! We wished we had planned a extra stay over and I will show my travel agent and now advertise this Delta Hotel. We enjoy our stay at Delta in Vancouver but Asif sure spoiled us! Again we were seated in front of the lounge fire place for drinks, served by our favorite waitress again Angela D. who was very busy, hard at work as "pop music convention" here but served us well. Thank You & All The Best in Canada! Recommend this hotel as close to air port, families/ children would love pool, food quality and prices usual. Hotel will soon be largely Reno'd, and even better! Thank You so much Mr. Hashmi may you become Head Manager. SoftSand-13.

Room Tip: Rooms upper less traffic noise, facing a nice tree ed inner court. If you can afford it upper rooms...

Just got back from staying 5 nights. I was traveling on someone else's dime so I can't really comment on value for price. My understanding is that the property is in transition to become a Hilton Double Tree property?

The room was not very big and was a little dated but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I can't complain about my sleep. My room was always done up and cleaned by the time I came back to the room around noon.

The bar/lounge was ok, but I guess as most hotel bars/lounges inheriently are it was expensive. Not to worry though because there are many great restaurants that we enjoyed nearby within a 10-15min walk.

I used the gym, pool, sauna and hot tub. Again dated but still in good shape.

There is also a shuttle service to the airport that alot of the guests were using, not sure if there was a charge but I think it was a free service.

I think that most of the people using this hotel are there for business or a starting point to get to the airport for travel. Not sure how to rate the location, if you want something close to the airport-then it's great. If your looking for things to see and do in the area you'll need a vehicle or take public transit to get aound. The hotel is in a mostly industrial area, I would say that this area is not the destination.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.....on someone else's dime.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your visit. It appears that you had a pleasant stay, our location and services suited your needs and you enjoyed a good night's sleep in our Sanctuary Beds. And yes, you are correct, our airport shuttle is indeed a free service.
The property will continue to be managed by Delta Hotels and Resorts until June 12th, 2014. Further communication on plans of re-branding will be forthcoming.

As a result of an airline snafu, we were stranded in Toronto for 24 hours earlier this week. My family has a handful of dietary restrictions and we didn't have a car or access to other food nor was the airline terribly helpful. Luckily, the hotel's restaurant staff - and in particular a gentleman named Metin - were incredibly resourceful and with some caring attention put together a wonderful meal for our family. In light of his concern, effort and demeanor, it felt like Metin was taking care of his own family - not mine. Thank you, Chardonnay and Metin!

Have stayed in Delta hotels before, and found their quality and service far beyond what we experienced at the hotel here. When we arrived about 6 pm, the room we booked was no longer available ..service at check in was fine and This got worked out. Then the Service very slow in the restaurant, waited about 15 to 20 minutes to even order the first drink. Felt ignored. Restaurant was not even full to capacity. Hotel Rooms, below quality of other Deltas, and the room had peeling wall paper, and paint that was doing the same. Good for a quick nite between catching planes, but would not stay here again on a trip through. Hotel needs work to keep up with the quality of their sister hotels. There was a shuttle, back and forth from airport....but it was needing a cleaning and seats needed to be replaced. Not a choice next time for hotel.

Hotel is dated but serves the purpose.staff were great!very helpful and friendly.the restaurant was very good.our server rashid was the best,will definitely go again, if only to see rashid and get a speciality coffee.beds were small but very comfortable.shuttle driver was very nice,overall staff was awesome but the hotel itself could use a makeover.
