“Good Location”

Well located on Lundy Lane next to the Oh Canada Eh dinner theater. Red line Wego bus picks up there but can also call for a cab. Nicely landscaped with lovely flowers, good amenities on site. Clean and well kept bathroom/showers. We stayed in a pull through RV site which was plenty long but narrow. Had we sat out at night it would have been next to our neighbor's hookups. We were near the office so no issue with WIFI (particularly for my droid). No cable and very poor "antenna" service - only 2 US channels - so plan accordingly if you need TV

We had a good experience. There is a mixture of newer and older cabins. We stayed in one of the older cabins. Facilities were clean. It was close to tourist attractions. Check in was fast. Each cabin had a nice fire ring outside. Neighbors were friendly. Staff was attentive and welcoming. The showers were a little small, but weren't crowed during our stay.

Stayed for two nights in September. The place is big, clean, grassy and shady. Three miles straight down the road to the Falls. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was the wifi, very weak connection, hardly useable.

Spent the last weekend of Summer at KOA with 3 children. Site next to us was set up with Beer Pong + Shot Dispenser. Security made limited attempts to shut down party, music and loud drinking went on until 4 a.m. When I went office in morning they admitted they had put these boys in the back corner "for a reason". I was offered to move sites (awful). The next night same thing, but we were farther away. 2 a.m. brawl broke out with fighting and smashing bottles. My children were terrified.

Why were these 14 young people allowed to stay and be disruptive for 3 consecutive nights? Why were KOA's rules not enforced? Why am I paying a premium for a family campground if drunk teens are allowed? Why was me and my 3 children sent to site where there was a known problem? Why were police not called?

Over 20 sights with families were kept up for 2 nights, all of us were disgusted and vowed to never return.

We have stayed at this location but all KOA's are very expensive & family camping to koa is 2 people but their competiion down the street family camping is 4 people, KOA is very expensive and to me not worth the money, the jumping pillow was so hot that my Granddaughter couldn't go on it, you would think they would have had it in the shade to avoid that issue. Price is more than double the other 2 Resorts on the same street, the only difference is they have an indoor pool that's it, not worth the money to me!

Room Tip: i would research other parks for price!

Often when we go to Niagara Falls we have to worry about our little toy poodle and there is nothing better then bringing her along so instead of staying downtown we just go up Lundy's Lane to the KOA. (Only a short ride from our favourite spots in Niagara Falls like Antica Pizza and the Casino). This KOA features not only a heated outdoor pool but also a heated indoor pool which really extends the camping season as my wife's disability requires she swim for relief whenever she can and this is a great amenity in such a park. They have new pull through sites which really help us with our 38 foot RV and tow car. The rates are reasonable and the KOA reputation is well represented here by the staff and the condition of the park. Most of all we feel safe staying here and the other campers have been terrific as everyone seems to ready and happy to chip in when anyone needs a hand. We have no little ones anymore but delight in the antics of the kids in this park who seem to be very entertained by all the amenities geared to make them happy.

Room Tip: Reservations are a good idea especially if you want to get one of the new pull throughs that are clo...

The major reason to stay here is the location. For all the reviewers complaining "it's not real camping," of course it's not! If you want the real camping experience go sleep in the woods not on the side of a tourist highway.

Location is good. Wego stop right in front of the campground. Couple of hotels in walking distance if you don't feel like cooking. Flying saucer diner is a couple of stops down for a great breakfast.

Bathrooms are great. Clean with lots of hot water.

Kids loved the jumping pillow, bikes and pools. Interesting to have the indoor pool and cocktail patio.

Good place to drop down for a few days to see the falls. Nice amenities for evenings and lazy mornings.

The train didn't bother us at all nor did traffic noise from the road. Stayed in site 158. Nice pull-thru site near the facilities.

If we returned to Niagara we would absolutely stay again.
