“Very accomodating staff!!”
Reviewed 27 May 2013

Staff was very accomodating...room was clean but needed a little updating. Parking lot was small but was able to park in restaurant beside hotel. Very close to downtown...could not walk it but that was fine.

The water pressure in the shower was good. Even the pigeons were afraid to crap all over our balcony like they did the others. Our cracked and broken 5 dollar Walmart reject plastic patio chairs had paint spilled on them and were unsafe for for climbing over the rusty rail to access the parking lot.

In an effort to save money, the parking lot light ( 1 bulb ) was turned off at 11 PM. Apparently the first guest into the breakfast area is responsible for making coffee and getting breakfast out.

Room Tip: Although this place was an absolute dump, there were actually a few facilities that looked worse.

We were very skeptical about that place, but when we got there we were very amazed. The place is centralized, right in the middle of Niagara falls, the front desk personal was very friendly and informative. The room was right on the second floor and it was spacious and clean. And the breakfast was decent and best of all the rate was excellent, We really are going to recommend that hotel to our family and friends.

it really bugs me when i read reviews of hotels from people that paid for a 1 or 2 star and expect 10 stars!!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights, we got a honeymoon suite and it was lovely!
the staff were really nice and helpful! the check in/out process was really quick and easy,
The room its self was clean and HUGE! with the heart shaped Jacuzzi in the corner, the bed was comfortable and really big!!
I was worried becuase i read reviews after I booked it and alot of peopple said they were glad they had cars and that the falls wasnt in walking distance!
These people must be seriously lazy as when we got there i couldnt believe it was a 10 minute walk! Maybe 15 minutes if you walked really slow!
I cant comment on the car park or the breakfast but there was a really nice Pancake house place 2 or 3 doors down and it was amazing!
Iv already recommend this hotel to family and friends!

The room was nice. The parking lot is very small and there is no room to turn around. It is a good thing that I drive a small car. The underground parking was even worse. It was small and compact. You can not see driving down the driveway to the parking garage.

Our room on the whole was fairly clean, however, the windows had not been cleaned for months and the balcony that we had was almost completely blocked by the adjacent building, this meant that we hardly got any daylight in the room. We wouldn't have sat on the balcony anyway as it was dirty, the old owl hanging from the floor above just added to the whole effect. The parking was tight but we managed to find a spot each night and we were glad that we had a car as this hotel is quite a distance on foot from the main attractions. The wifi was a bit temperamental but we managed to get it to work in the end. All in all not a great experience but it was ok if you are happy to 'rough it'.

Very good value. Large room, clean, in good shape, quiet, comfortable beds. Extra friendly staff (ask how to get free parking near the falls). Breakfast area more pleasant than many economy motels (no blaring TV), though just the basics (cereal, bread, pastries). Walking distance to many restaurants, possible to walk to falls, but not really close. Area is a little less presentable than Lundy's Lane, but closer to the falls. Parking lot is small (especially for large vehicles) but guests appeared to be using closed restaurant next door for overflow. It won't win any style points (very basic decor) but we would stay here again. Our biggest complaints were minor: AC unit and bathroom fan were noisier than we would prefer.
