We normally stay here and pay for a fallsview, king jacuzzi fireplace. Most defintely worth We were on the 18th floor -perfect view of Falls, Also walking distance of park and casino. This time was an eye open on what site to book. I was going to book on Marriott but they had a three or day cancellation policy. The weather was iffy. I booked with Expedia bcause of the liberal cancellation policy, which I. did use. Normally, a booking of a fallsview king jacuzzi fireplace room comes with a sitting area with fireplace. Not this time. The room was a normal size with the fireplace by the two chairs facing window. Jacuzzi was also different. Two person side by side facing each other vs. one large oval facing each other. Jacuzzi latter more bubbly but less comfortable. We could see the fireplace from our bed. Nice. Quiet rooms, comfie bed. A $25.00 parking per night either self park or valet. I will be very clear on room type next time.

We chose this hotel for a 3-night romantic getaway and were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, proximity to the park, and friendliness of the service staff. The view of the falls was outstanding. There were no noises from other rooms nor the hallways, despite being close to the elevator. We purchased "vouchers" from Travel Zoo that made the meals and spa services affordable, especially considering the high taxes (13% for meals, 17% for spa). The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets, with cheerful staff, fresh fruits, and omelets made to order. The gym and pool were quite large, and there were two hottubs and a steamroom. The only reason this isn't a "5" rating is the spa services and the $25/day valet parking (the wait was never less than 10 minutes). Massages were excellent, but save your money and skip the facials.

We were upgraded to a fallsview suite, being Marriott Rewards members. Nice surprise. Rooms were standard Marriott quality. Great service. Free breakfast in the concierge lounge was much better than expected.

Room Tip: Fallsview at any level is great.

My wife and myself stayed at this Hotel and were floored by the comfort and service level provided to us.We had a beutiful view of the Falls as promised. The accomadations and services provided by the team at this Hotel exceeded our expectations and compared to other Hotels that I have stayed at I cannot wait to come back! They set the benchmark of service in my opinion.

we enjoyed our stay very much, were offered an upgrade upon arrival, got an excellent room, with view, jacuzi, king sized bed and seperate section with fireplace over looking falls. Staff very friendly, and helpful. The cost is higher than most hotels, however, I feel that the value was there. We bought package that included breakfast, well worth the extra money, great selection in the buffet of quality food. Also recieved a $40 voucher for the restaurant, food great and atmosphere nice, overlooking falls, however, the $40 barely pays for a couple of appetizers, be prepared to pay high dollar for meal, however, food was excellent.

Room Tip: pay the extra for fallsview, not city view well worth extra, also would recommend higher floors for...

We stayed at the Marriott , for one night . Our room was very nice with beautiful views of both falls
When we checked in they gave us a key to the mini bar in the room which was stocked with beer
"Thought it was included in the room " wrong seven dollars a can ! The restaurant was ok the food
Was ok, thank god we stayed for just one night! You will need no more than 3 days at Niagara Falls at any hotel

Room Tip: Higher room floors have better views

Beautiful location...fallsview rooms were amazing...close to everything and clean clean clean!! Stayed 2 nights in a fallsview room on the 11th floor. 2 adults, 3 kids (16, 14 and 11), MORE than enough room for all...my middle daughter even had french doors leading to her little area where the pullout couch was. Breakfast buffet was top notch, with the best fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets and eggs, fresh hot coffee and great rolls and danish. The staff was extemely knowledgable about any and all sightseeing and were very helpful in getting our large party on a tour bus all together...very professional and friendly. The valet staff (very convenient to just drive in and leave the parking to them!) were courteous and quick. The overall appearance and feel of this hotel was that of a 5-star property. If you're planning on visiting Niagara, I wouldn't bother even looking at another hotel!

Room Tip: High floors are (obviously) the best!
