“Great stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 June 2014 via mobile

Stayed here for one night while in town for work. It was a very nice spacious room with the river view. The staff is very friendly and help full. Parking prices for self park is $35.00 a bit pricey in my opinion considering its just a open parking lot a block away from the hotel. I expected it to be atleast under ground or covered parking. No attendent at the lot and seems like you park and leave at your own risk and keep your fingers crossed. The shower well another water efficient shower head hmm must be the new industry standard. The shower has thin streams of water and not much of a quality. Room finishes were the standard, however the flat screen tv is a good size. Not a great selection of channels or of any good quality. Overall I would stay again. If hotels are changing to the energy efficient shower head, perhaps better model would help.

We were delighted with everything about this hotel. First, be sure to join Marriott Rewards, because it comes with a room upgrade as well as free breakfasts in the mezzanine restaurant (more in a bit) as well as a reduced price for spa services. Suggest you call reservations and negotiate your room after you have made your reservation and a day or two before you arrive.

Our room was on the 7th floor with an absolutely perfect view of Horseshoe Falls. You could be higher (not really necessary) but you don't want to be lower because trees and parts of the hotel will obstruct your view. The room (723) was comfortable and had a Jacuzzi.

Service is gracious and fast. Parking is easy and prompt (15 minutes) and you can go in and out as much as you want.

We booked a five hour tour at the front desk (Magnificent Tours) and it was very worthwhile. The $135 (plus taxes) price may seem high, but Niagara Falls is expensive and the tour is complete, comfortable and highly recommended.

The hotel spa is excellent. The work out room is good, not great, but certainly adequate. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room is excellent. My deep tissue massage was superb. My masseuse was Jamie and i loved her. My wife had Renata and she was good, but not as complete as Jamie was.

Breakfast buffet is excellent and very complete with a wide choice of items. The upgrade coupons made it free, but we did tip.

I was really happy with our stay here.

Room Tip: Call in advance to be sure you are on the 7th floor or higher.

Stayed at the Marriott Fallsview from Thurs- Sat. June 4-6. Really nice stay- hotel was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed on 10th floor with fantastic views of Horseshoe & American Falls. Easy walking distance to Falls, restaurants, and stores. Only complaint would be in -room wifi should be free and it is not. Otherwise, love this hotel.

Check-in was quick and we were given lots of tourist ideas. Having never been here it was very helpful.

Loved this hotel until we wanted to sleep around 11:30pm. We were in a nice room on the 23rd floor (facing the falls) but the roof has "machines" that keep you keep you awake! When we called the front desk, it was heavy breathing from the young lady who hated taking our call but finally send someone to see what the noise was and he said no one had every complained. (I find that hard to believe). Manager on duty -- not the most pleasant fellow in the hotel industry finally changed us to the 6th floor around midnight!

I would still recommend the hotel but again, do not get a room on the top floor if you wish to sleep.

Room Tip: Don't get a room on the 23rd floor -- the vents from the machines make it impossible to sleep. S...

We met friends from Finland here for a long weekend. Hotel is very pricey but very nice. We originally booked a Riverview room to avoid the higher prices, but upon registering we were given option to upgrade to a suite with Falls view for $30. We did and not only got a beautiful suite with huge jacuzzi, but incredible view of the Falls. We stayed in 1512. Staff was excellent, enough elevators so you never wait long and a Starbucks in the lobby. Location is right across from Falls so you can walk to most of their attractions. On the downside, bring plenty of money because nothing is cheap. Parking is $35 a day everywhere, food is pricey, attractions expensive. But if you understand that and go for the experience then you will have a great stay!

Room Tip: Falls view are pricey but amazing. Check upon registering to see about upgrades or package deals. Th...
