“stunning view hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 December 2009

Stayed in this hotel in October when I am visited Toronto. Have a short break with my good friend. We find the special deal from Internet and I phoned to the hotel and booked driectly. Very simple and good customer service too. We arrived early(11am) the Manager still allow us check in and free upgrade the Fall Views Room to us(Tips: If you are female always go to find the Male staff to check in may give you free upgrade, maybe we are lucky, the male manager do the check in to us, although he's not quite smile, until I said thank you very much for our free upgrade) Anyway, he's a star, if book the falls view room need pay extra at least $50 per night.

Good size room and good location, sitting down by the window to enjoy the view, I could stay half day to stop into the room and not go anywhere.

If I have any other chance come back to Niagara Falls, I sure to stay in this hotel again, must need paid more with the falls view room, because this time will come with my husband, ha ha.

Read reviews on other hotels, and this one stood out strongly so we trusted the reviews. Do the same! One of the best hotel stays we've had (and we've had many).
We were upgraded for free to a very clean king bed room with an awesome view of the falls on a Friday night. Jacuzzi is great, and fits two people, though quite slow to fill. Room was very clean, bright, and nicely finished.
As others have noted, watch out for $20 valet parking not in room cost. Internet costs extra -- not bright these days, glad of Blackberry. Bed was very comfortable, but sheets were a bit short for a king (not wide enough). As with most hotels, thin walls so watch out who's next to you. We noticed there's only a small difference in cost between this hotel and much less desirable hotels.
Minor quibbles (you have to try hard here) - great service, great location in the best end of Niagara Falls. Awesome view of the falls - it doesn't get better than this. Highly recommeded, and we'll be back again.

We stayed in the Junior Presidental Suite. We got a room on the 16th floor. The room was perfect, the Jacuzzi LARGE for a couple both over 6 ft and large. A seperate stand up shower, and a lovely sitting room with french doors a fake but nice freplace and the most amazing view. Not something you would do every day of the week but for a special occassion, life is too short DO IT!!! it was very special. But my husband and I did feel like a bit as though we were being taken advantage of. Upon arrival we had alot of luggage, when the bellman brought out the cart, my husband thanked him and told him, we could manage without him and we were told the cart comes with him or not at all. For what you pay theyc ouldnt throw in a CART.???? The 10.00 water was there and waiting. WE brought a case of our own water and soda. The bedding was wonderful like sleeping in marshamellows. The view was out of this world. You have to deal with the mist and which way it lands, but we got some really good shots and it is hard tearing yourself waway from the window. The christmas lights were nice but you can certainly drive it yourself. Dont pay for a tour. The restuarant is great, use the breakfast and dinner vouchers. They go over backwards for you and it was good. BUT locally food is overpriced. THE TGIF frudays next door was almost doubled. A 12.99 chicken and cheese dinner in PA was 28.99 there. WAY out of this world. Not worth it.
For a very special ocassion it was wonderful, we celebrated our 30th and it was very special, not soon to be forgotten. If you want something special this is a ":stay in your room getaway" I couldnt tear myself away from the window. The pool and whirpools are nice also, the elevators are super fast and take your right down to the pool. WE asked for an early check in of 1:00 as per their requested e-mail and it wasnt ready. Which was disappointing. 20.00 fee for parking was also a pain. It was way overpriced, they cahrge for EVERYTHING!!!
they did bring us a special dessert and was willing to take pictures of us on our special night. So it was very special, and very overpriced, so be careful. Plan ahead. But super worth it, the rooms are worth it. Gas was over 4.00 a gallon gas up before you leave the US. The rainbow bridge has a 3.50 toll. It got to the point where we asked how much things were before we ordered. The restuarant was nice dinner was overpriced. 45.00 for a steak salad NOT included. 11.00 for steak. By the way, they added 16.00 intaxes to our bll. There were tazes for EVERYTHING, GST, TIS, ther are a million of them added on to everything. We didnt let it get to us and just enjoyed ourselves. Perfect for a romantic two day getaway.

Me and my wife and 2 children went the day before Thanksgiving, hotel was very quiet, not alot of people. Pool and hot tub were Great, kids loved them. Terrapin grill very expensive, but so is all the other restaurants in Niagara Falls, even Denny's was $13.99 for omelet, but kids was $1.99 of kids menu. Hotel is local to everything, must valet car at $20 daily, but very fast and friendly. We had Fallsview room on 15th floor...AWESOME view. We had a great time...and will go back again

We stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved our rooms..we were given a free upgrade to som newly refurburbished rooms and directly looking at the falls. The kids loved the swimming pool and spa downstairs and there was a small game arcade for thm also, The TGI Fridays has a great kids menu and an all you can eat breakfast for $9.99. Its also open 24hrs. Sadly Niagara Falls is quite ay presnt so you should b able to get some excellent deals as they need the business. Calling all Australians..book this hotel!

Service - excellent, friendly, helpful service. We had no problem checking in early. Always happy to help with advice, taxis etc.
Location - overlooks the falls. The entrance to the falls is directly behind the hotel, couldn't be closer.
Rooms - we stayed in a king suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi on the 23rd floor. The room was gorgeous and the view was fantastic.
We both loved our stay here.
