This hotel is within walking distance to the falls, has a great little breakfast restaurant which is not included in the hotel price, but was fair priced and good.
Our first room smelled of musty sweaty wet towels or wet rug. They accommodated us well and changed our room. Was decent but I think I would pick a different hotel next time.

Dear Tinaadamlev,

Thank you for taking the time to sharing your experience with us. I am glad that you had a good stay with us and our Team took care of you. We are close to the Falls and the Clifton Hill Attraction area which makes our location very convenient for you can leave your car and walk. Our restaurant gives our guest the opportunity of having a great home made breakfast at a very affordable price without leaving the hotel. I hope if in the area again you will stay with us again!

Sincerely,
Jonathan George

As always the reviews here are up and down and based on personal experience. My family and I found it to be great. We had the 2 Queen bed suite with a pull our sofa. Rooms are not modern but are clean and cozy. Just like Niagara. I think it adds to the feel. The pools on site are great including the Jacuzzi.

Location is good as well as its on the strip. Victoria Ave becomes Ferry st. All the actions is one block down. We even walked over the Rainbow Bridge to the American Falls and took about 45 minutes.

Would recommend to people or families on a budget.

Dear Daniel C,

Thank you for sharing your comments from your stay. I am so pleased you had a good stay with us! Besides the Family Suite you stayed in we offer rooms that have heart shaped Jacuzzis with a King sized bed and deluxe two queen beds with great views of the city and the Clifton Hill Attractions. The indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor wading pool is a great way to relax after a busy day. Yes, we are only a short walk to Clifton Hill Attractions and to the Falls, this makes us a great destination for families who do not want to drive and worry about parking. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Sincerely,
Jonathan George

The hotel was bit old and in need of some maintenance, but the location of the hotel was really great. The falls were around the corner and there were plenty of restaurants/shops to look at.
I would definitely recommended staying here for the weekend but no longer then that.
